Octopus Energy Group is hiring a
Remote Head of Fleet Solutions Electroverse

\nAbout Octopus Electroverse\n\n\nWe’re making electric vehicle ownership as smart and as simple as possible, by building the giant, virtual charging platform of the future. \n\n\nIn just over two years, Octopus Electroverse has grown to become one of the largest eMobility players in Europe, with over 650,000 connected electric vehicle chargers and a customer ecosystem spanning web, iOS, Android, CarPlay, Android Auto & Automotive OS, and more.\n\n\nBut it’s just the start: we’re busy launching in new countries, working with more automotive and tech partners, building exciting new features at scale, and creating the integrated charging experiences of the future - all in the name of making public EV charging super simple for customers.\n\n\nElectroverse is a multifunctional team made up of product, development, commercial, operations, marketing, partnerships and more - all focused together on making Octopus the go-to name in EV charging. And we’re looking for smart individuals with an interest in the space who can help us make it happen.\n\n\nAbout the Role...\n\n\nWe are looking for a commercially experienced leader, with a track record of scaling new propositions and getting stuck into delivery. Reporting to the Director of Electroverse, you’ll work alongside a multidisciplinary team to help ensure the success of our Fleet offering. \n\n\nIn a single day you could blend strategic oversight, scope customer needs, take financial and legal decisions, create new sales channels, help design new products from scratch, and find and negotiate with industry partners. We’re looking for someone who enjoys variety, and can keep wider vision and priorities in mind whilst diving in (and out!) of required detail. Whilst we’re not looking for a specific background, you’re a strong generalist who brings good commercial instinct, an understanding of customer experience, marketing principles and unit economics, and a constant focus on delivery. \n\n\nThe eMobility industry and Electroverse as a product are rapidly expanding, and are a hugely important part of decarbonising the planet - you’ll have big responsibility from day one and really help influence how we scale the business. \n\n\n\n\n\nWhat You'll Do...\n* Take the lead on Electroverse’s B2B fleet solutions, overseeing growth and product expansion. You’re excited that a big part of its success will lie in your hands\n* Identify, plan and deliver new product elements to widen the appeal and uptake of the Octopus fleet offering\n* Be willing to get stuck in to the detail and delivery when improving the product and launching new customer propositions \n* Provide strategic guidance and focus to the wider team engaged on delivering Octopus’s fleet product: e.g. colleagues in technical, product, and operational roles \n* Identify, engage and contract with partners as part of growing the product: for example you may partner with hardware installation companies or payment providers \n* Monitor performance through reporting & analytics - and help shape how these insights should grow \n* Liaise across Octopus Energy Group to cement and grow cross-group opportunities, e.g. energy services, vehicle leasing etc. \n* Work closely with senior colleagues to evaluate strategic and ad-hoc opportunities, e.g. international applications, acquisitions, large partnerships etc. \n\n\n\nWhy else you'll love us...\n* Wondering what the salary for this role is? Just ask us! On a call with one of our recruiters it's something we always cover as we genuinely want to match your experience with the correct salary. The reason why we don't advertise is because we honestly have a degree of flexibility and would never want salary to be a reason why someone doesn't apply to Octopus - what's more important to us is finding the right octofit!\n* Octopus Energy is a unique culture. An organisation where people learn, decide, and build quicker. Where people work with autonomy, alongside a wide range of amazing co-owners, on projects that break new ground. We want your hard work to be rewarded with perks you actually care about! We won best company to work for in 2022, on Glassdoor we we're voted 50 best places to work in 2022 and our Group CEO, Greg has recorded a podcast about our culture and how we empower our people \n* Visit our perks hub - Octopus Employee Benefits\n\n\n\n\n\nWe would prefer someone who can work in our London office but will consider remote candidates. However, you do need to be able to work in the UK. \n\n\nWe're very excited to be growing our team. We're looking for skills and experience to help shape and define the future of not only our team, but the wider business at a global scale. If you're reading this and grinning, please apply! There are huge challenges to tackle, and we need amazing people who are keen to get stuck in.\n\n\nIf this sounds like you then we'd love to hear from you. \n\n\nStudies have shown that some groups of people, like women, are less likely to apply to a role unless they meet 100% of the job requirements. Whoever you are, if you like one of our jobs, we encourage you to apply as you might just be the candidate we hire. Across Octopus, we're looking for genuinely decent people who are honest and empathetic. Our people are our strongest asset and the unique skills and perspectives people bring to the team are the driving force of our success. As an equal opportunity employer, we do not discriminate on the basis of any protected attribute. Our commitment is to provide equal opportunities, an inclusive work environment, and fairness for everyone. \n\n#Salary and compensation\n No salary data published by company so we estimated salary based on similar jobs related to Design, Senior, Marketing, Legal and Sales jobs that are similar:\n\n $60,000 — $110,000/year\n

Lightship is hiring a
Remote Clinical Research Nurse

\nOverview\n\nLightship is a clinical trials service provider leading in increasing access and choice in taking part in research to improve equity for all. We design and conduct studies in partnership with biopharmaceutical companies to accelerate bringing new therapies to market. Our approach is to engage people where they are and support them across their journey in a clinical trial, from first contact to study completion. We work to make it easy, convenient, and safe for people to take part by offering visits in clinics, at home, using our mobile research units, and digital health tools. By transforming the way we conduct clinical research, we can decrease study timelines and reduce dropouts to accelerate development of better therapies. A career in our team will provide an opportunity to collaborate with a wide array of functions and service lines to support our clients and projects to operate new capabilities, achieve operational efficiencies, and deploy technology. \n\nGiven Lightship’s distributed model and the remote nature of this position, the Clinical Research Nurse Coordinator must possess a willingness and desire to work independently without significant oversight. In practice, this may translate to days that have a slightly earlier start or evenings that have a slightly later end. Culturally, we aim to balance the ability to operate across time zones with respect for each individual's daily life.  Additionally, this position will require significant travel for patient visits and key meetings.\n\nThe Clinical Research Nurse Coordinator is responsible for:\n\n\n* Assisting investigators, sub-investigators, and other Lightship personnel in successful implementation and conduct of research studies\n\n* Providing nursing care to study patients, which includes:\n\n\n* Completing study visits with patients in their home and/or on the Mobile Research Unit (MRU) per protocol requirements and adhering to relevant federal, state, and local research regulations \n\n* Ensuring compliance with each study’s protocol by providing thorough review and documentation at each patient visit\n\n* Performing protocol defined procedures and assessments, including, but not limited to, vital signs, physical examinations, and electrocardiograms\n\n* Administering investigational medications or providing patient education regarding administration, as necessary\n\n* Notifying Principle Investigator of findings / issues / possible adverse events identified during the study visits\n\n* Educating patients on study procedures; responding to patients’ questions in a compassionate and cultural / age-appropriate manner; triaging patients’ questions to the appropriate study personnel\n\n* Documenting study data in patient records (paper and electronic, as applicable) to capture protocol requirements\n\n\n\n\n\n* Coordinating and conducting study activities with patients and serving as the primary point of contact for patients, investigators, and study personnel, including:\n\n\n* Completing pre-screening activities (e.g., phone screening) and other recruitment activities as approved by the IRB\n\n* Participating in recruitment and selection of study patients by interviewing and documenting medical history / medication history per protocol requirements\n\n* Coordinating research procedures and assessments; keeping track of all planned and completed study visits\n\n* Organizing patients’, investigators’, home health personnel, and any relevant vendors’ (e.g., drug management vendor) schedules to complete study visits within protocol windows\n\n* Shipping materials to patients or home health personnel in preparation for study visits; collecting study materials after visits are completed\n\n* Assisting investigator / sub-investigator / designated personnel in the informed consent process as requested and delegated\n\n* Alerting investigator / sub-investigator / designated personnel when patients report potential adverse events\n\n* Managing patients’ reimbursement payments per protocol and as specified in the consent form\n\n\n\n\n\n* Coordinating general study activities, including:\n\n\n* Assisting with study start-up and close out activities\n\n* Ordering study supplies, materials, and equipment\n\n* Assisting patients, investigators, and study personnel in troubleshooting problems with supplies, equipment, or vendors\n\n* Successfully completing all Lightship and study-specific training; training peers as requested\n\n* Coordinating and scheduling meetings as requested, including preparing meeting agendas, keeping minutes, and distributing minutes to relevant parties\n\n* Participating in site qualification, initiation, and monitoring visits, as requested; assisting with external and internal audits, as requested\n\n* Assisting with resolving budget questions related to patients’ activities\n\n* Other study-related activities as assigned\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nThe Clinical Research Nurse Coordinator has:\n\n\n* Required knowledge, skills, and abilities\n\n\n\n* Strong communication skills, including verbal, written, and presentational\n\n* Strong follow-through skills and ability to proactively identify and solve problems; demonstrated initiative is imperative\n\n* Ability to start from scratch, execute quickly and accurately without pre-defined processes and protocols, and an interest in defining such processes for the future\n\n* Calm and collected manner when working with patients, physicians, and other research professionals\n\n* Exceptional ability to work as part of a team and to multitask effectively\n\n* Ability to function independently in a technology-enabled clinical research setting \n\n* Ability to self-monitor the collected data and resolving / correcting errors per Good Documentation Practices\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n* Education and experience \n\n\n* Bachelor of Nursing or another Science degree preferred, or requisite combination of education, training, and experience\n\n* Current valid RN license\n\n* Knowledge of nursing competency skills per scope of practice (i.e., performing vital signs, nursing assessments, performing ECG / EKG, administering injections, etc.)\n\n* Knowledge of medical terminology, drug calculation skills, and clinical medicine\n\n* Two (2) years of recent clinical nursing experience in a hospital, clinic, or similar health care setting\n\n* Two (2) years of experience administering vaccinations\n\n* Two (2) years of sponsored clinical research experience\n\n* Valid driver’s license\n\n* Personal vehicle for on-the-job transportation\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n We would like to offer you: \n\n\n* An opportunity to help re-envision how clinical research is executed with inclusivity, increased diversity and accessible at the core\n\n* The chance to work with a patient-centered, clinically-oriented, collaborative team to support in the delivery of enterprise grade virtual-first clinical research solutions at scale\n\n* An unmatched opportunity to grow as part of an established startup with industry veterans, high-caliber investors, and a massive market opportunity\n\n* Great compensation\n\n\n\n\nGenerous benefits package, including:\n\n\n* Top notch healthcare (medical, dental, and vision) for you and your family.\n\n* Unlimited Paid Time Off (PTO), plus paid holidays and bereavement to help support work life balance.\n\n* A 100% 401(k) company match for up to 4% of eligible contributions with an immediate vesting.\n\n* A home office stipend to set yourself up for success in our distributed working environment\n\n* Company provided laptop, your choice of a PC or a Mac\n\n* Monthly stipend for internet and phone expenses\n\n* Generous paid parental leave\n\n* Short & long-term disability\n\n* Life insurance and More!\n\n\n\n\nThe base salary range for this role is between $105,000 and $125,000+, depending on education, skills, and experience.  To determine our compensation, we use a market-based approach that is geographically neutral. Hightouch is hiring a
Remote Software Engineer Frontend

About Hightouch\n\nHightouch’s mission is to empower everyone to take action on their data. Through our Reverse ETL platform, business and data users can seamlessly sync data from where it resides, such as warehouses and databases, to where it is needed, including operational systems and SaaS tools. Traditionally, acting on data has required engineering time and bandwidth, and left most business users stuck with charts and reports that are unable to take automated action on their data. With Hightouch, every business user, without writing any code, can activate data to streamline critical processes, improve marketing performance, and scale operations.\n\nOur team operates with a focus on making a meaningful impact for our customers. We believe in approaching challenges with a first principles thinking mindset, moving quickly and embracing our value of efficient execution, and treating each other with compassion and kindness. We look for team members that are strong communicators, have a growth mindset, and are motivated and persistent in achieving our goals.\n\nHundreds of companies use Hightouch, including Spotify, Ramp, Retool, NBA, Plaid, and Betterment. We’re based in San Francisco, are remote-friendly, and backed by leading investors such as Amplify Partners, ICONIQ Growth, Bain Capital Ventures, Y-Combinator, and Afore Capital.\nAbout the Role\n\nWe are looking for a senior frontend engineer with deep experience in developing production-ready applications and a passion for building a great user experience.\n\nAs a part of our growing frontend team, you will collaborate closely with our product and design teams to plan, build, and launch new products like Identity Resolution and Match Booster from start to finish. Examples of projects that you’ll lead include:\n\n\n* Observability & alerting: As customers of Hightouch grow in size and complexity (often large enterprises with hundreds of syncs), we are exploring interfaces to allow data and marketing teams to observe, debug, and alert on data pipeline issues at a glance.\n\n* Visual audience builder: We’re constantly thinking about how we can extend our visual audience builder to accommodate increasingly complex marketing campaigns. This project will help you acquire a deep understanding of the marketing persona and the role user segmentation plays in their day-to-day workflow.\n\n* Event collection features: With the launch of our event collection product, help build features that will allow users to enforce data correctness within their event stream.\n\n* Hightouch UI: As our team grows, we’re evolving our frontend design system to be more reusable and developer-friendly.\n\n\n\n\nAs a key member of the frontend team, you will also play a crucial role in shaping best practices within our engineering organization. You will have the opportunity to mentor other frontend engineers, make important technical decisions, and establish the standard for our user experience. While this is a senior role, we prioritize impact and potential for growth over years of experience.\nCompensation\n\nHightouch offers a salary range of $170,000 - $240,000 USD per year for this position. Your compensation will be determined based on our assessment of your interview performance and will be discussed with you by your hiring manager when you receive an offer.\n\nSalary is just one component of Hightouch’s total compensation package for employees. We also offer a generous equity package for all of our full-time employees, as we believe being an owner of Hightouch is incredibly important.\nInterview Process\n\nOur interview process focuses on evaluating fit for the most important dimensions of the role: product sense, ability to architect complex product frontends, and alignment with Hightouch’s values.\n\n\n* Intro Call [15-30m]: Introductory call with either a member of our recruiting team or the hiring manager to get to know each other and see if the role could be a good mutual fit.\n\n* Technical Exercise [45m]: Collaborate with a frontend engineer to create a frequently used Hightouch app component.\n\n* Technical Interview [90m]: Work with the interview to design, architect, and implement a complex frontend component.\n\n* Hiring Manager Interview [30m]: Chat with hiring manager about past experiences and future operating preferences to assess fit on company values and operating principles.\n\n\n \n\n#Salary and compensation\n No salary data published by company so we estimated salary based on similar jobs related to Design, SaaS, Senior, Marketing and Engineer jobs that are similar:\n\n $60,000 — $110,000/year\n

Cityblock Health is hiring a
Remote Data Analyst 2 Risk Adjustment

\nAbout Us:\n\nCityblock Health is the first tech-driven provider for communities with complex needs—bringing better care to where it’s needed most, block by block. Founded in 2017 on the premise that “health is local” and based in Brooklyn, we are backed by Alphabet’s Sidewalk Labs along with some of the top healthcare investors in the country.\n\nOur mission is to improve the health of underserved communities. Importantly, our solutions are designed specifically for Medicaid and lower-income Medicare beneficiaries, and we meet our members where they are, bringing care into the home and neighborhoods through our community-based care teams and Virtual Care offerings.\n\nIn close collaboration with community-based organizations, local providers, and leading health plans, we are reorganizing the health system to focus on what matters to our members. Equipped with world-class, custom care delivery technology, we deliver personalized primary care, behavioral health, and social services to deliver a radically better experience of care for every member and community we serve.\n\nOver the next year, we’ll grow quickly to bring better care to many more members and their communities. To do this, we need people who, like us, believe that everyone should have good care for what matters to them, in their community. \n\nOur work is grounded in a belief in the power of a diverse community. To close gaps in care and advance equity in the communities we serve, we have to start with making our own team diverse and inclusive. Our ways of working are characterized by creativity, collaboration, and mutual learning that comes from bringing together a community from diverse backgrounds and perspectives. We strive to ensure that every person on the Cityblock team, and every Cityblock member, feels supported and included as a part of our community.\n\nOur Values:\n\n\nAim for Understanding\n\nBe All In\n\nBring Your Whole Self\n\nLean Into Discomfort\n\nPut Members First\n\n\n\n\nAbout the Role:\n\nAs a member of the Burden of Illness (BOI) Analytics team, the individual in this role will have a focus on performing in-depth financial analytics providing comprehensive, thoughtful feedback to our operational team as Cityblock builds out a best-in-class risk adjustment function. \n\nHealth care data is complex and vast, so you must be excited about sinking your teeth into complex problems, untangling them and communicating your findings to the team. The partners we work with, the markets we operate in, the membership we serve, varies across different blocks of our business. Also, healthcare data is seldom perfectly clean and consistent, so you must be willing to spend the time to understand the data as a foundational component to the work. You will have the opportunity to learn, improve and expand the analytic assets available to the team and our core stakeholders. \n\nIn addition, your work will help our market leads understand the drivers of the financial performance under their contracts with payers in each market. You will work with members of the Coding and Billing team, clinicians and strategy to interpret emerging trends within our risk adjustment performance. You will help formulate complex analytics to be consumable by business leaders. \n\nWe are seeking a curious, experienced data analyst to design and build analytic solutions that will inform business decisions, drive operations, measure our performance and demonstrate our value as a company. If you have a passion for health care data, creating solutions, driving value with analytics insights, and are an amazing teammate, we want to hear from you!\n\nRequirements for the Role:\n\n\n* Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field: computer science, data science, mathematics, physics, health sciences or related field; or equivalent experience\n\n* Risk Adjustment model knowledge either Medicare or Medicaid (HCC, CDPS+Rx)\n\n* Exposure to healthcare data (payor claims processing, EDI, EHR, HIE, PBM)\n\n* 3 + years experience as a Data Analyst within the healthcare industry \n\n* Experience with business intelligence (data visualization and dashboarding) such as Tableau, Looker, Sisense\n\n* Proficiency with SQL for multiple databases (BigQuery, standard MSSQL, PL/SQL, MySQL, PostgreSQL, Teradata)\n\n* Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment\n\n* Strong problem solving skills and growth mindset are essential\n\n\n\n\nWhat We’d Like From You:\n\n\nA resume and/or LinkedIn profile \n\n\n\n\n \n\nCityblock values diversity as a core tenet of the work we do and the populations we serve. We are an equal opportunity employer, indiscriminate of race, religion, ethnicity, national origin, citizenship, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, age, veteran status, disability, genetic information, or any other protected characteristic.\n\n-\n\nWe do not accept unsolicited resumes from outside recruiters/placement agencies. Cityblock will not pay fees associated with resumes presented through unsolicited means.\n\nWe take into account an individual’s qualifications, skillset, and experience in determining final salary. This role is eligible for health insurance, life insurance, retirement benefits, participation in the company’s equity program, paid time off, including vacation and sick leave. The expected salary range for this position is $111,510 to $120,000.
