Lightship is hiring a
Remote Clinical Project Manager

\nOverview\n\nLightship is a clinical trials service provider leading in increasing access and choice in taking part in research to improve equity for all. We design and conduct studies in partnership with biopharmaceutical companies to accelerate bringing new therapies to market. Our approach is to engage people where they are and support them across their journey in a clinical trial, from first contact to study completion. We work to make it easy, convenient, and safe for people to take part by offering visits in clinic, at home, using our mobile research units, and digital health tools. By transforming the way, we conduct clinical research, we can decrease study timelines and reduce dropouts to accelerate development of better therapies.\n\nA successful candidate will possess a willingness and desire to work independently without significant supervision. Lightship expects each individual to anchor their availability in the standard operating hours for their geographic location, however, true to our values of inclusion and flexibility, this role, along with all others at Lightship, may be asked to flex work hours to accommodate US West Coast, US East Coast, and UK-based time zones, based on business need. In practice, this may translate to days that have a slightly earlier start or evenings that have a slightly later end. Culturally, we aim to balance the ability to operate across time zones with respect for each individual's daily life.\n\nGiven Lightshipโ€™s distributed model and the semi-remote nature of this position, the Clinical Project Manager possesses a willingness and desire to work independently. Working Families Party is hiring a
Remote Relational Organizing Manager

\nAbout the Working Families Party\n\n\nThe Working Families Party (WFP) is the progressive party for the multiracial working class, fighting for a nation that works for the many, not the few. We recruit, train, and support transformational candidates up and down the ballot โ€” and run them to win.  \n\n\nWe believe that no matter where we come from or what our color, most of us want the same things. We want to earn enough to thrive, not just survive, and leave a better future for our kids. We want healthy food and clean water, safe neighborhoods and a safe world. We want to be free. \n\n\nThe Working Families Party is regular people coming together across our differences to make a better future for us all. Weโ€™re a multiracial party that fights for workers over bosses and people over the powerful. We want an America which realizes the promise โ€“ unrealized in our history โ€“ of freedom and equality for all.\n\n\nWorking Families Party and Working Families Power are working to innovate tactically in the field of electoral organizing and organize at scale to build a country where working people thrive, not just survive. We have developed a new organizing tactic โ€“ relational photo postcards. By combining organizing and smart tech and data, weโ€™ve made it easy for a volunteer to send a printed personal postcard  โ€“ with their own photo on it โ€“ to the mailbox of everyone in their network in support of WFP candidates and WFPower issues. In 2024, WFP and WFPower aim to send 1 million postcards from 20,000 volunteers to turnout disenfranchised voters, defeat Trump, preserve a Democratic Senate, and take back the House. We are seeking a Relational Organizing Manager to take ownership of developing and implementing the postcard program in 2024 and expanding WFPโ€™s overall relational organizing programs. This position will take ownership of creating a nuts-and-bolts plan for implementing 2024 postcard campaigns and drive implementing the plan to success, with the support of the Organizing & Tech team, the Data team, and the Political team.  The Relational Organizing Manager will learn how to be an expert in running a postcard campaign from start to finish and train other WFP staff and candidates (as applicable) to run a successful postcard campaign. This person will also serve as the relational postcard manager for high priority federal WFP candidates. As the resident expert, the Relational Organizing Manager will manage the relational organizing infrastructure and process used to implement the program and be constantly thinking of how to improve and innovate the program to greater scale. This position will be a part of the Organizing & Tech team, and collaborate with other staff in the OTI department. \n\n\n\nEssential Duties and Responsibilities\n* Manage 2024 Postcard Program\n* Mobilize WFPers to organize with their own network in support of WFP and WFP champions, primarily using Reach and personal postcards as the organizing tools. Build postcard programs that recruit new WFP members and activists.\n* Create and implement plans for 2024 postcard campaigns for priority WFP candidates and campaigns, in consultation with key stakeholders among WFP staff. \n* Seek out new partnerships with universities, colleges and other institutions and propose opportunities for non-electoral postcard campaigns that recruit new WFP members and increase program scale. \n* Run postcard campaigns from start-to-finish; set up new postcard campaigns, create recruitment content and plans, run trainings, manage volunteer follow up, and manage development of vendor mail lists with support of the Organizing & Tech Department.\n* Lead quality assurance of data used for vendor mail lists with a high attention to detail to ensure final mail is accurate and complete. \n* Develop a volunteer team with clear responsibilities and structures to support the postcard programโ€™s implementation.\n* Maintain Reach accounts and update content, ensure content is integrated with current WFP campaigns and priorities\n* Maintain strict commitment of reporting, documentation and evaluation of success of postcard campaigns, tracking metrics, challenges, and making improvements needed.\n* Innovate new ways to improve the postcard program, with an emphasis on scale, volunteer experience, and data integrity. \n* Collaborate with the Data Team to improve structures, systems, and processes that allow for more efficient data use during WFP relational organizing projects, and reporting of metrics after.\n* Support the Deputy Director, OTI with recommendations to improve the organizing tech used for the postcard program.\n\n\nSupport Postcard Campaigns by WFP Staff, WFP member organizations and Campaigns\n* Work with WFP Political Strategists, Regional Directors, and State Organizers to assess unique field needs and plan postcard programs that make sense for each campaign and their budget.\n* Support and coach state and regional WFP staff as well as campaign Field Directors or Campaign Managers, on using Reach and be a resource to help craft relational organizing plans, where firewalls allow.\n* Create and maintain relational organizing materials and trainings (such as written guides, recordings, and sample scripts) for easy implementation and usage by staff and WFP volunteers. As needed, collaborate with WFP  State Organizers and/or Regional Directors to lead trainings and recruit volunteers.\n* Cultivate quality relationships with WFP member organizations and drive ways to increase their adoption of the photo postcard tactics.\n\n\nAdditional Responsibilities\n* With a team of organizers contribute to:\n* Maintaining a regular schedule of 1-1 relational meetings with supporters, volunteers and activists.\n* Creating posts for upcoming events and announcements to the national vol community and support moderation of the activist Slack community.\n* Cultivating a digital community culture of positivity and inclusion that leads to a diverse, resilient and growing volunteer community including the development of relationships between activists.\n* Supporting monthly membership events to welcome new members, maintain relationships and build community.\n\n\n\nSkills and Qualifications\n* 3 or more cycles of organizing experience working with volunteers, demonstrated development of volunteer leadership, and leading training\n* 2 or more cycles of experience administering and managing a large-scale organizing tool, navigating the administrative backend of organizing tools, and reporting metrics and success. \n* Experience working with a diverse group of volunteers and supporters across all demographics and backgrounds--especially race, gender and class. \n* Preference for relational organizing experience or demonstrating of strong relational skills.\n* Experience with Reach or other relational organizing tools, Mobilize.us, VAN/EveryAction, using social media for recruitment.\n* Comfortable working with organizing technology to reach organizing goals and interest in innovating new ways to campaign.\n* Skilled in basic data management, comfortable with Excel and/or Google Sheets.\n* Skilled in basic graphic design (using Canva, etc.) preferred.\n* Experience in drafting campaign or tactical plans and seeing them through to completion. \n* Strong organizational skills and follow through. Matter Labs is hiring a
Remote Senior Product Manager DevEx

At Matter Labs, we believe freedom drives progress and prosperity. We donโ€™t see ourselves as a company, but as a team aligned around a single mission: to advance personal freedom for all (see ZK Credo).\nTo achieve this goal, weโ€™re building zkSync โ€” a credibly neutral, fully open source technology stack and network on top of Ethereum, which is owned and governed by its community. We use advanced cryptography called zero-knowledge proofs to scale Ethereum infinitely without compromising on security or decentralization. With a world-class team, a community of over 1M supporters across Twitter + Discord, and hundreds of millions $ in funding, we have abundant resources to accomplish the mission.\nWe are looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead our Developer Experience squad. This role is extremely relevant to our project and will have a major influence in shaping the strategy to elevate zkSync Era as the best option for developers in the Ethereum scaling ecosystem.\nYou will interface with the core teams working on the platform/infrastructure to ensure protocol design decisions are highly aligned with what our developer ecosystem wants, and will drive all initiatives to ensure developers have a state-of-the-art experience when building with zkSync Era. \nFrom the first interaction of a newbie developer reading the documentation, or regular developers needing more tooling, up to providing debugging capabilities to senior crypto developers, this squad represents the developer voice of zkSync Era. This is a key role with a high probability to increase in scope and responsibility as the company scales and the protocol gains more adoption.\nThis role is remote with a preference for candidates based within the EU or UK. \nWhat You'll Be Doing\n\n\n\n* Setting the vision and strategy to provide the best developer experience in the layer 2 space\n\n* Define the team's needs and structure to grow into specialized squads to tackle specific challenges\n\n* Taking care of developer tools, documentation, and SDKs\n\n* Aligning and influencing the roadmap of core protocol teams\n\n* Creating and prioritizing initiatives and setting up a clear roadmap with the outcomes the team wants to achieve\n\n* Lead the organization in developing a high understanding of developer needs and pains\n\n* Working in an agile environment with your development team, outsourced squads that takes care of specific products \n\n* Fostering a data-driven culture, working closely with community and developer relations to identify gaps in the developer experience\n\n* Inspiring your team and stakeholders\n\n\n\nWhat We Look For in You\n\n\n\n* You have a deep understanding of software development and architecture, APIs, SDKs, IDEs, etc\n\n* 6+ years working in product management as well as multiple years of software engineering experience\n\n* You possess a thorough understanding of the EVM and have at least basic working knowledge of the L2 landscape\n\n* Previous experience in web3 or blockchain companies/projects\n\n* You have experience managing agile teams and product development processes\n\n* Youโ€™re an excellent communicator, in writing and speaking, whether youโ€™re talking to a founder, a community member, or an executive\n\n* You have a proven track record of focusing on outcomes and bringing value to businesses\n\n* An eye for detail, yet focused on getting things done\n\n* Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English\n\n* Creativity and out-of-the-box mindset to brainstorm solutions for difficult problems\n\n* Challenging personality. Just because something is the way it is, or the company says โ€œthis is how we do itโ€, doesn't mean it is right\n\n* Experience in leading with influence, inspiring others to follow best practices, and deliver real value to customers\n\n* You're hands on. You only ship features after youโ€™ve tested them and made edits to the documentation\n\n\n\nNice to Have\n\n\n* Some experience developing smart contracts for EVM-compatible blockchains\n\nWorking at Matter Labs\nAt Matter Labs, you have the freedom to work how you want, when you want, and from where you want. All positions are 100% remote (with optional travel to team and/or industry events). We operate in lean and nimble teams, with no time tracking and minimum bureaucracy. We move fast. Only results matter. We will provide you with everything you need to learn, grow, and be productive.\nOur results-only environment means anyone who believes in our mission can join us, regardless of background, sexual orientation, race, gender, and age. Both our team and community are made up of people from diverse backgrounds. That's why, out of politeness and respect, we refrain from opinions on politics, religion, or sex at the workplace.\nWe designed our culture around the tenants of freedom and ownership. This ethos will underpin our positive-sum community as we evolve toward full decentralization.\nIf this role resonates with you, apply now for prompt feedback.\nRead more about working at Matter Labs here.\nImportant: We are remote-first, operating in the timezones between UTC-5 (Latam and Atlantic Coast) to UTC+7 (South-East Asia). \nTo all recruitment agencies: Matter Labs does not accept agency resumes.
