You\u00e2\u0080\u0099ll maintain a centralized legal intake process \u00e2\u0080\u0094 a single place where requests come in, get triaged, and get worked \u00e2\u0080\u0094 and then hold the rest of the company accountable to using it. You\u00e2\u0080\u0099ll own the signature pipeline end to end: queuing documents, sending them out, and tracking them to completion. Responsibilities
<\/strong>- Own the end-to-end NDA process \u00e2\u0080\u0094 draft, negotiate, and drive NDAs to execution independently, escalating to attorneys only on true edge cases.<\/li>
- Design and own a centralized legal intake process, replacing today\u00e2\u0080\u0099s scattered mix of personal email, Slack channels and DMs, and texts with a single, clear front door for legal requests.<\/li>
- Triage incoming legal requests \u00e2\u0080\u0094 route them appropriately and set expectations on turnaround.<\/li>
- Enforce the intake process company-wide: when requests bypass it, redirect requesters back into the right workflow, including on Dave\u00e2\u0080\u0099s behalf.<\/li>
- Manage the full signature pipeline \u00e2\u0080\u0094 queue documents, send for e-signature, and track them to completion.<\/li>
- Maintain and organize the contract repository so agreements are easy to find, track, and report on.<\/li>
- Partner with attorneys and business teams to keep the legal function organized and responsive as request volume grows.<\/li>
- Take on larger, higher-complexity projects as you build trust and track record in the role.

<\/strong>- 7+ years of experience as a paralegal or in a similar legal operations role.<\/li>
- Experience independently managing NDAs from drafting through execution.<\/li>
- Experience building, running, or significantly improving a legal intake or triage process.<\/li>
- Working knowledge of e-signature tools, contract repositories, and contract lifecycle management (CLM) tools.<\/li>
- Ability to work autonomously with minimal oversight, exercising sound judgment on when to escalate to attorneys.<\/li>

The Role
Students want something that stays with them, going at their pace and helps them get unstuck without just handing over the answer. Teachers want that happening inside a class they still control, and they'd like their evenings back. Admins want proof that the platform they rolled out is leading to teacher productivity and student progress.
Your job is to dive deep into this design problem, holding three sets of needs within one product. We\u00e2\u0080\u0099ll trust you to ship designs that are the best possible solution to our users most urgent pain points. tl;dr<\/strong> you'll get to own how Flint works and how it feels.
How We Work
- We move fast, and closely. You'll work with a small, senior team: one Product Lead, a Chief of Staff (Product), a CTO, and five engineers. We also have a running joke that we can\u00e2\u0080\u0099t keep up with our #product_updates channel because of how much we ship.<\/li>
- Fast and good aren't in tension here. In our experience the fastest route to something good is getting a rough version in front of a real teacher early, which tends to be quicker than getting it right in private. Decisions with the highest impact have often happened within days, not month long sprints.<\/li>
- We\u00e2\u0080\u0099re always learning. Call it on-brand or a bit on the nose, but learning from each other, our customers, the market have been key to our growth. We even have channels dedicated to sharing our workflow mistakes and wins. Education is also still being actively shaped as a field, and staying tuned to what users and the industry are telling us matters more than assuming we already know.<\/li>
- Users drive our decisions. Our team isn't exclusively made up of former teachers, and that's deliberate. We'd rather build from real user feedback and a range of perspectives than from any one person's classroom experience. Our close connection with teachers, students, and admins helps us quickly understand what's working and what isn't.<\/li>
- We design with AI, not around it. Lo-fi concepts out of Claude, prototypes we can put in front of a teacher the same week, PRDs drafted from screenshots and voice notes: these are just a few ways we\u00e2\u0080\u0099ve used AI to support our work, and it's a real part of why our loop is as short as it is.
<\/li><\/ul>What You'll Do
- Dig deep, validate, and design. Validate the user goals, map key journeys, and land on the actual jobs to be done. People will hand you solutions along the way: the useful move is usually to find the need underneath before taking the solution at face value.<\/li>
- Explore broadly, then narrow. Iteration is key. For a complex UI, we'd expect five or six real concepts on the table before committing to one, whether it sketches, wireframes, AI-generated lo-fi, competitor and industry research\u00e2\u0080\u00a6whatever gets you there fastest. Then you cut it down with your own judgment, a review with someone on the team, and wherever we can manage it, real users.<\/li>
- Design zero to one, and one to a hundred. Some of this is a genuinely new problem where you shape the whole thing from scratch. Some of it is taking something we shipped early and making it scalable, coherent, and delightful in the way the first version never had time to be.<\/li>
- Communicate your judgment effectively. You can clearly explain the context, intent, designs, and the reasoning behind your work to the rest of the team.<\/li>
- Set the design bar. Our design system and design philosophy are still taking form. You'll decide what becomes a pattern, what stays a one-off, and where the whole thing goes from here.<\/li>
- Stay through QA and impact. You'll have a say in what gets QA'd and in what metrics tell us whether the thing actually worked. Shipping isn't the end of your involvement.<\/li>
- Impact hundreds of thousands of learners. How a generation learns to think alongside AI is being decided right now, in the products that get built this year. Very few designers get to work on something this consequential this early.

- You've designed and shipped real software. We care far more about one thing you made and can talk us through than about ten polished case-study slides.<\/li>
- You can run the whole arc, from understanding the problem through concepts, hi-fi, and a spec engineering can build from. Not every step has to be your strongest.<\/li>
- You're comfortable with being scrappy and being iterative. You'd rather put a rough thing in front of a real teacher than a perfect thing in front of your own team.<\/li>

The Animal Cruelty Case Specialist applies their experience and expertise to in-depth case-related research and to the training of key stakeholders. This position acts as a liaison across ALDF\u00e2\u0080\u0099s programs to disseminate approved case response information in a timely and responsible manner. The Animal Cruelty Case Specialist is accountable for the day-to-day management of their assigned cases and projects.
How You Will Make a Difference
<\/strong>Case Support
- Receive reports of animal cruelty and requests for case assistance from professional stakeholders, the Administrative Manager, and other sources. Provide initial responses and triage via phone or email. <\/li>
- Exercise discretion in analyzing and recommending which cases CJP chooses to pursue, including communicating efficiently with complainants and advocates by phone and email; gathering relevant facts (through eyewitness accounts, media reports, and other sources as needed) for potential criminal cruelty cases; and identifying, after thorough independent analysis, those cases warranting further investigation and\/or veterinary forensics. <\/li>
- Generate and categorize cases, and work with Managing Attorneys to assign cases to CJP staff according to department protocols. Ensure that complete and accurate case information is relayed in a timely fashion to the appropriate team members. <\/li>
- Input and access information using automated systems, make entries into automated record files, seek to maximize use of automated systems available to CJP to further efficiency and accuracy in case response and record keeping. <\/li>
- Maintain and organize all case-related records and documentation in a timely, logical, and confidential manner. Ensure that electronic logs of all legal cases are accurate and current. Review case notes to maintain consistent and timely response in all cases. <\/li>
- Conduct internet research on potential\/active cases (i.e. Facebook, social media, news sources, and company websites). Provide basic assistance in research projects, special reports, and case information gathering. Prepare materials for meetings, court proceedings, and case discovery. <\/li>
- Follow up with professional stakeholders on case outcomes\/resolutions where possible. Create and maintain a system for tracking date and time of upcoming court proceedings related to CJP-assisted cases. <\/li>
- Manage CJP grant processing for expert witnesses, forensic testing, and costs of care in criminal cases, coordinating with internal and external individuals as needed. <\/li>
- Inform and assist law enforcement, animal control, veterinarians, and animal rescues on animal cruelty case investigations and case strategies, including reviewing and advising on interview tactics, department policies and procedures, veterinary exams and reports, protective custody foster care programs and related agreements, and large-scale animal rescue implementation. <\/li>
- Participate in deployment to crime scenes and rescues as needed, exercising discretion in both the decision to travel on-site and the orchestration of such activities. <\/li>
- Assist with hands-on scene processing for animal cruelty cases, including identifying, collecting and packaging evidence; assisting with logistics and operational expertise; and assisting with other aspects of search and seizure operations and animal rescue support. <\/li>
- Provide support as requested to CJP Case Response Unit.
<\/li><\/ul>External Relationship Building and Outreach
- Build strategic relationships with prosecutors, law enforcement, animal control, veterinarians, and animal rescues to facilitate agency assistance in forensics, crime scene processing, and veterinary medicine. <\/li>
- Schedule and conduct outreach and training presentations for various disciplines, including but not limited to law enforcement agencies, veterinarians, prosecutors, animal shelters and rescues, and social service agencies.
<\/li><\/ul>Internal Relationship Building
- Proactively maintain intradepartmental relationships and act as a liaison to other programs. <\/li>
- Create and maintain system for sharing information about CJP case work and outcomes across departments and facilitate the sharing of information approved for public-facing materials. <\/li>
- Provide in-house expertise for staff on questions concerning Criminal Justice Program cases, animal cruelty cases in general, criminal investigation, veterinary forensics, animal rescue and sheltering.

<\/strong>We Are Looking for Candidates With:
<\/strong>- A bachelor\u00e2\u0080\u0099s degree in a related field desired; or 5 years equivalent work experience accepted in lieu of. <\/li>
- At least 3 years of experience in enforcement fieldwork operations, animal cruelty response, dispatch, and\/or criminal case management. <\/li>
- Demonstrated veterinary forensics or animal cruelty enforcement expertise, including but not limited to, retaining related certifications in the field (such as Certificate in Veterinary Forensics, NACA certifications, FEMA certification, Property and Evidence Certifications, Police or Humane Officer certification). <\/li>
- The ability to handle sensitive and confidential information and materials according to the highest standards of confidentiality, chain of custody, and ethical conduct and exercise discretion in the use of related materials and information. <\/li>
- Excellent organizational and prioritization skills, with the ability to meet deadlines. <\/li>
- Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues, organizational members and supporters, members of the public, and others. - Coordinate vendor commitments tied to activations: fill rates, lead times, launch quantities.<\/li>

Position Overview
<\/strong>UFC GYM is seeking a Junior Designer to join our in-house marketing team. Reporting to the Lead Designer, this role supports the creative execution of brand campaigns, member acquisition initiatives, new club openings, and field marketing programs across our corporate and franchise network. This is a hands-on production and design role \u00e2\u0080\u0094 ideal for a creative who thrives in a fast-paced environment, takes direction well, and is excited to grow within a globally recognized fitness brand.
Key Responsibilities
<\/strong>Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
<\/em>Design & Production
<\/strong>- Create original graphic designs supporting company initiatives, including promotions, member acquisition campaigns, events, partnerships, and internal communications<\/li>
- Take approved concepts and designs from the Lead Designer and scale a single design across multiple formats, sizes, and channels (digital display, social, email, in-club signage, print collateral)<\/li>
- Ensure all creative output adheres to UFC GYM brand standards, templates, and style guidelines<\/li>
- Prepare print-ready and web-optimized files with accurate specs, bleeds, and color profiles
<\/li><\/ul>New Club Openings & Remodels
<\/strong>- Develop and execute gym graphics plans for new club openings and remodels, including wall graphics, wayfinding, window clings, and environmental branding<\/li>
- Coordinate with vendors, printers, and field teams to ensure accurate production and installation of location graphics
<\/li><\/ul>Asset Management
<\/strong>- Upload, organize, and maintain creative assets within the company's asset management platform, ensuring files are current, properly named, and accessible to corporate and franchise stakeholders<\/li>
- Support the marketing team in fulfilling creative asset requests from franchise locations and field teams
<\/li><\/ul>Team Support
<\/strong>- Participate in creative briefings, provide production timelines, and manage multiple concurrent projects against deadlines<\/li>
- Support photo and video needs for events, club openings, and content capture as needed
<\/li><\/ul>Required Qualifications
<\/strong>- 1\u00e2\u0080\u00933 years of graphic design experience (agency, in-house, or strong portfolio of freelance\/academic work)<\/li>
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (CC)<\/li>
- Proficiency in Canva and Figma<\/li>
- Experience working with Dropbox or similar cloud-based file management systems<\/li>
- Strong understanding of design fundamentals: typography, layout, hierarchy, and color<\/li>
- Ability to work within an established brand system and follow creative direction<\/li>
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects and shifting priorities<\/li>
- Portfolio required with application

<\/strong>- Photography, videography, and video editing skills (Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut or equivalent) \u00e2\u0080\u0094 highly preferred<\/li>
