Goldsky is hiring a
Remote Product Designer

About Goldsky\n\nAt Goldsky, our vision is simple: Build the most powerful data platform for Web3. โ˜€๏ธ\n\nBlockchains will enable a new era of unique onchain experiences and applications. However, today itโ€™s impossible to build high-quality products due to the difficulties of processing onchain data effectively. This complexity is only increasing as more chains and smart contracts are deployed across the ecosystem. Teams are forced to build complex data infrastructure in-house, distracting them from focusing on their core product.\n\nGoldsky bridges this gap by making it seamless for developers to power their applications with realtime onchain data. Our infrastructure powers hundreds of projects across the industry building rich, instant, data-driven experiences.\n\nWeโ€™ve raised over $20M from Dragonfly Capital, Felicis Ventures, prominent players in the industry such as 0x Labs, Uniswap Labs, and Protocol Labs, and angel investors including Elad Gil, Plaid founders Zach Perret and William Hockey, and Zhuoxun Yin of Magic Eden. Our team members have previously built mission-critical, scalable infrastructure at Meta, Google, Shopify, Activision, and more.\n\nWeโ€™d love for you to join us in our mission to unlock the full potential of data in Web3.\nAbout the role\n\nWe launched our first product, Index, last year. Since then, weโ€™ve onboarded hundreds of customers to the platform, including Zora, Optimism, POAP, NounsDAO, 0x Labs, Immutable, Hashflow, Arweave, and Polymarket, among others.\n\nRecently, we began rolling out access to Mirror, an end-to-end data pipeline solution for streaming onchain data directly to an existing offchain database.\n\nAs our business grows, and the technology becomes increasingly powerful, weโ€™re looking to bring on a second designer to work across our product and marketing surfaces, ensuring thoughtful attention to detail and polish at every level. Youโ€™ll shape our visual identity across a range of platforms โ€” and touch everything from developer docs, CLI tools, and web products to our holistic brand experience โ€” including our website, social, marketing collateral, events, apparel, and more. Youโ€™ll partner with Kevin (CEO), Gavin (Design), Andrew (Marketing), and others across the company to take our product and brand to the next level.\nResponsibilities\n\n\n* \nGo Deep: Youโ€™ll become a product expert across our entire platform, understand every nook and cranny of our infrastructure, and develop a deep sense for how our brand reflects the quality of craftsmanship in our products.\n\n* \nDesign, Polish, and Systematize: With a deep understanding of the company, youโ€™ll look for areas to polish the existing products, design delightful experiences for new products, evolve and extend our brand identity, and systematize these across all the surfaces Goldsky touches.\n\n* \nCement Goldsky as the Leader in Data: Youโ€™ll work with the founders and go-to-market team to position and market Goldsky as the leading data infrastructure provider in our space. You will ensure our brand becomes a household name and the default option for teams looking for fast, powerful, flexible data tooling.\n\n* \nProblem-Solve on the Fly: Weโ€™re building sophisticated tools in a completely new industry, where there are many things to discover. Problems will arise that have never been solved, and youโ€™ll be able to figure out the โ€œgood enoughโ€ solution consistently as we run into lots of novel technical challenges. You have the drive to work through hard problems, the curiosity to dig deeper and understand the root cause of a problem, and the grit to iterate through first attempts that lead to the right solution over time.\n\n\n\nWeโ€™re excited to talk with you if:\n\n\n* You have high attention to detail and a passion for figuring out best-in-class UX, UI, and interaction challenges. Youโ€™re passionate about designing because itโ€™s fun, and you find yourself working on projects out of a love for building.\n\n* You consider yourself a generalist. You donโ€™t like being penciled into a narrow set of responsibilities. You approach new challenges with curiosity and excitement, but know when to ask for help.\n\n* You enjoy the high-level strategy work as well as the implementation, and you get excited about working on product, visual design, graphics, marketing, and design systems.\n\n* Youโ€™re curious, low ego, and always looking to improve. You experiment with strategies, tactics, and tools in order to identify what works, and you adjust to find repeatable success. Youโ€™re open to feedback and collaborating with others to get to the best approach.\n\n* Youโ€™re hungry and excited to join a high-growth, fast-paced startup where youโ€™ll get your hands dirty across a range of challenges. Youโ€™re comfortable in an ambiguous, remote environment without much structure.\n\n* You enjoy building long-term relationships with teammates and customers.\n\n* Youโ€™re open and curious to learn more about this wacky world of crypto :)\n\n\n\nBonus Points For:\n\n\n* You have hands-on experience with motion design, animation, or illustration\n\n* Youโ€™ve worked with highly technical products and customers; even better if youโ€™ve worked in B2B SaaS.\n\n* Youโ€™re able to read and write small bits of code.\n\n* Youโ€™re crypto native, familiar with the broader ecosystem, and understand why Goldsky will unlock new experiences and applications in Web3.\n\n\n\nBenefits:\n\n\n* Competitive salary and equity in Goldsky.\n\n* Fully paid health plans for U.S. based employees โ€” This includes medical, dental, and vision coverage for you and your family at no cost to you.\n\n* Unlimited vacation - Take time to recharge as you need it. Weโ€™re serious.\n\n* Home office setup fund - Expense up to $2,000 for home office equipment (e.g. desk, chair)\n\n* Company provided laptop - weโ€™ll make sure youโ€™ve got the hardware to keep up with you\n\n* Wellness stipend - Expense up to $100/mo on whatever helps you stay healthy.\n\n* Connectivity stipend - Expense up to $75/mo on phone or internet.\n\n* Regular self-care days - Every other Friday is a company holiday to decompress. We go hiking, learn to cook, or trade jpegs.\n\n* Paid travel - Weโ€™ll cover any costs for work-related conferences and quarterly company offsites all around the globe.\n\n* Nice swag - We have a free internal Shopify store set up!\n\n\n \n\n#Salary and compensation\n No salary data published by company so we estimated salary based on similar jobs related to Design, Crypto, Designer and Marketing jobs that are similar:\n\n $80,000 — $120,000/year\n

Remote Graphic Designer

At Matter Labs, we believe freedom drives progress and prosperity. We donโ€™t see ourselves as a company, but as a team aligned around a single mission: to advance personal freedom for all (see ZK Credo).\nTo achieve this goal, weโ€™re building zkSync โ€” a credibly neutral, fully open source technology stack and network on top of Ethereum, which is owned and governed by its community. We use advanced cryptography called zero-knowledge proofs to scale Ethereum infinitely without compromising on security or decentralization. With a world-class team, a community of over 1M supporters across Twitter + Discord, and hundreds of millions $ in funding, we have abundant resources to accomplish the mission.\nAs Matter Labsโ€™ first full-time graphic designer, your role will be pivotal in defining and elevating the zkSync brand through visual storytelling. You'll be entrusted with developing a wide variety of assets, from social media graphics and blog illustrations to event materials and merch designs. Your work will not only express the essence of our brand but also engage audiences with creativity and relevance.\nIn this role, youโ€™ll collaborate closely with teams throughout the organization to bring zkSyncโ€™s value proposition to life and ensure that our branding is consistent and effective, whether online or offline. By fusing creativity with technical design expertise, youโ€™ll have the chance to make an outsized impact on how one of the fastest-growing web3 brands differentiates itself in a highly competitive space.\nWhat You'll Be Doing\n\n\n\n* Develop a wide range of creative assets for social media, blogs, events, and merchandise that effectively communicate the zkSync brand's essence.\n\n* Collaborate across the organization to maintain a cohesive and consistent brand identity.\n\n* Manage design projects from concept to completion, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality work in a fast-paced environment.\n\n* Use your expertise in design tools and your strong skills in typography, layout, and branding to create innovative designs that engage our audience.\n\n* Utilize your experience to turn ideas into impactful designs with minimal direction, demonstrating a strong commitment to design excellence.\n\n\n\n\n\nWhat We Look For in You\n\n\n\n* 6+ years of multidisciplinary graphic design experience on an agency or in-house team\n\n* A robust design portfolio demonstrating your versatility across various digital channels\n\n* Bachelorโ€™s degree in Graphic Design or equivalent professional experience\n\n* Expert in design tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere, After Effects, etc.\n\n* Strong typography, layout, hierarchy, and branding skills\n\n* Experience with motion design and animation strongly preferred \n\n* Close attention to detail with a commitment to design excellence \n\n* Skilled in communicating, collaborating and creating under pressure\n\n* Ability to turn ideas into world-class design with minimal direction\n\n* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, continuously changing environment\n\n* Passion for web3 culture\n\n\n\n\nWorking at Matter Labs\nAt Matter Labs, you have the freedom to work how you want, when you want, and from where you want. All positions are 100% remote (with optional travel to team and/or industry events). We operate in lean and nimble teams, with no time tracking and minimum bureaucracy. We move fast. Only results matter. We will provide you with everything you need to learn, grow, and be productive.\nOur results-only environment means anyone who believes in our mission can join us, regardless of background, sexual orientation, race, gender, and age. Both our team and community are made up of people from diverse backgrounds. That's why, out of politeness and respect, we refrain from opinions on politics, religion, or sex at the workplace.\nWe designed our culture around the tenants of freedom and ownership.

We go hiking, learn to cook, or trade jpegs.\n\n* Paid travel - Weโ€™ll cover any costs for work-related conferences and quarterly company offsites all around the globe.\n\n* Nice swag - We have a free internal Shopify store set up!\n\n\n \n\n#Salary and compensation\n No salary data published by company so we estimated salary based on similar jobs related to Design, Crypto, Designer, Marketing and Shopify jobs that are similar:\n\n $70,000 — $110,000/year\n

Remote Director Product Marketing

\nWe are so excited you are interested in joining our team! Candidates are encouraged to apply even if they do not tick every box. If you are excited to empower science through innovation, we want to hear from you! \n\nScience, at its core, is the noble pursuit of understanding how things happen, why they happen and how we might gain some measure of control over what happens. At Form Bio, weโ€™re on a quest. And our singular role in that quest is to empower our community to fulfill their scientific potential. Our software platform is purpose-built to help push the fast forward button on research, to help scientific collaboration be more collaborative and to dispense with the wholly unscientific struggles of cumbersome, DIY IT work.\n\nWeโ€™re not here to disrupt the scientific profession, weโ€™re here to empower it. The potential and pursuit of truth is what empowers us. Put simply, Form was created to be a breakthrough for breakthroughs.  \n\nForm Bio is expanding its marketing team and looking for an experienced Director of Product Marketing. Youโ€™re data driven and able to develop and articulate a business and financial case for product/solution strategy, market selection and new business opportunities.\n\nAthletic. You can gracefully shift priorities when needed and keep pace in a rapidly changing early stage startup environment.\n\nArtful. You may not be a designer but youโ€™re creatively discerning and have nuanced judgment when it comes to deliverables and external packaging. You can craft compelling stories, narrative frameworks and external-ready copy around complex scientific and business topics, and you can guide outside resources on making your work visually organized and captivating.\n\nDuties and Responsibilities\n\n\n* Continuously understanding and communicating to internal stakeholders what is happening around us through market intelligence gathering and competitive analysis/monitoring\n\n* Owning and continuously refining the product-level communication platform inclusive of messaging and positioning of our CGT capabilities and solutions\n\n* Proactively and responsively creating collateral and tools for sales such as slides, data sheets, battle cards, etc. (We have highly talented design resources that will help you bring copy, wireframes and other source material you create to life.)\n\n* Hands-on ownership/delivery of product and solutions content via website, offline product literature and other channels\n\n* Building and managing relationships with key analysts and influencers in and around the biopharma industry\n\n* Driving as-needed analytical exercises such as market sizing, price/revenue modeling, win/loss, pipeline analysis, campaign planning, etc.\n\n* Partnering with customer teams to develop case studies, testimonials and client reference catalog\n\n* Periodic account intelligence sprints with sales to develop presentations and other materials individually tailored to key, high-revenue-potential prospects\n\n* Recruiting, managing and mentoring product marketing interns\n\n\n\n\nRequired Skills and Abilities\n\n\n* Demonstrated familiarity with CGT and/or AAV therapeutic development\n\n* A borderline obsession with revenue, including a track record of partnering well with sales, product and executive stakeholders to drive business growth\n\n* Strong external and internal communication skills with the ability to translate complex scientific concepts into concise, compelling, digestible messages and storytelling frameworks\n\n* Nuanced conversancy in biology, drug development, AI and business that will enable you to collaborate effectively across teams and functions\n\n* The ability to roll with the fast pace and ever changing dynamics of a high growth startup\n\n* The ability and desire to roll up sleeves and drive tangible outputs and deliverables (in partnership with other team members and outside resources)\n\n\n\n\nEducation and Experience\n\n\n* Masterโ€™s degree or PhD in biology or a related field strongly preferred\n\n* MBA in marketing is a plus\n\n* A minimum of 6+ years of high-responsibility product marketing experience in a B2B software or service category - experience with a highly technical or life sciences oriented software product/solution stack strongly preferred\n\n* Demonstrated experience and familiarity with cell and gene therapy\n\n* Experience with CGT/AAV partnership programs that involve smaller biotechs and/or bigger biopharma companies strongly preferred \n\n\n\n\nThis position will be remote, with office access in Austin and Dallas and regular in-person all hands meetings.
