We also deliver solutions based on the diverse set of capabilities our platform offers to enable different use cases and situations our clients encounter. \n\nOur platform and solutions are delivered to more than 200 clients today.\n\n\n\nDesired Experiences\n\nWe are looking for a candidate that uniquely combines:\n\n(a) Functional Expertise\n\n (b) Product Management Expertise\n\n(c) Enterprise (B2B) Software Experience\n\n\n(e) Digital Asset Experience, Interest and/or Enthusiasm\n\n\n\nFunctional Expertise (Core Services: Accounting, Tax, Treasury, Financial Reporting)\n\n\n* Experience delivering on Accounting, Tax, Financial Reporting, Treasury and FP&A capabilities\n\n\n\n* Experience working with users in the finance function\n\n\n\nProduct Management\n\n\n* Significant Experience in a role with ownership of a product or portion of a product, including end to end management of the product development lifecycle from ideation through requirements, design, build, launch, post launch\n\n* Significant Experience and repeated success coordinating between Engineers, Designers, Architects and Users to deliver a product/set of product features\n\n* Significant Experience building out and routinely communicating roadmap for a product or a portion of a product\n\n\n\n* Significant experience with product management methodologies (scrum, kanban etc) and associated tooling (e.g. Jira etc)\n\n* Experience with periodic product feature release planning \n\n* Experience supporting product marketing function with producing documentation and communications associated with features\n\n* Experience gathering and incorporating customer feedback into the product development lifecycle\n\n\n\n\nEnterprise Software\n\n\n\n* Significant Experience with afore mentioned product management activities in a B2B context. (i.e. product used primarily by enterprise customers)\n\n* Experience with ERPs or other finance systems (e.g. Oracle, NetSuite, Quickbooks) is a plus\n\n\n\n* Experience in an enterprise SAAS context is a plus\n\n\n\n\n\n\nDigital Asset\n\n* Experience with digital assets at a professional or personal level is a plus\n\n\n\n\n\nOther Qualifications\n\n\n* 7+ years of experience in product management capacity\n\n* BA/BS degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Design, Engineering or related field. An advanced graduate degree is a plus\n\n* CPA is a plus but not required\n\n* Fintech or crypto company experience is required; strong crypto and DeFi knowledge is a plus\n\n* Demonstrated success and the desire to work in a tech start-up environment is required\n\n* Exceptional verbal, written, and visual communication skills\n\n* Excellent organizational and cross-functional execution \n\n\n\n\n\n \n\n#Salary and compensation\n
