It is a senior and highly motivated team. Your mission will be to keep the engineering team moving quickly and flexibly and shape and foster the engineering culture for the company.\n\nYou’ll effectively bridge communication from business leaders to the engineering team, and vice versa. You’ll help the team maintain a healthy pace for long-term sustainability by carefully balancing velocity vs. technical debt. This role will be critical in shaping the marketing and communications for our data products, protocols, & work within the crypto space.\n\nPrimary Responsibilities:\n\n\n* Create content including blog posts, articles, social media posts, newsletters, and BD collateral to promote our products and initiatives\n\n* Develop campaigns to drive awareness, engagement, & growth for products like Vaults.fyi\n\n\n* Draft original content for protocols we contribute to such as TrueFi\n\n\n* Create brand identity and social media strategy for the launch of new products/protocols\n\n* Collaborate with product and engineering teams to understand technical concepts and translate complex data insights into clear, interesting communications\n\n* Build relationships with media contacts to secure press coverage & speaking opportunities\n\n* Provide support on our podcast\n\n\n\n\nRequirements:\n\n\n* 1-3 years experience in copywriting, content creation, or PR/journalism (or a self-starter with demonstrated ability via personal projects and interests)\n\n* Fluent English (C1/equivalent) with strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills\n\n* Ability to translate data into compelling narratives and visuals\n\n* Crypto experience is a plus, but relevant skills in other industries are welcome\n\n* Demonstrated knowledge and interest in crypto (with a focus on DeFi)\n\n\n\n\nAdditional Details:\n\n\n* This role will report directly to the CEO and may require some travel (~10%)\n\n* Timezone requirements: GMT-6 through GMT+1 are acceptable\n\n* This is a full-time position with requirements of at least 40 hours per week\n\n* In addition to cash compensation, we offer upside through equity and other incentives\n\n\n\n\nTimeline and process:\n\n\n* We intend to make this hire by early January with a start date immediately after\n\n* After you apply, we will give you a response in 3 days if we decide to proceed or pass\n\n* If you proceed past the initial application, we will set up 2-3 phone screens which include behavioral interviews and a review of your prior work history\n\n* Depending on the candidate and your experience, we may also request 1-2 references\n\n\n\n\n\n\n \n\n#Salary and compensation\n
