It is a senior and highly motivated team. Your mission will be to keep the engineering team moving quickly and flexibly and shape and foster the engineering culture for the company.\n\nYou’ll effectively bridge communication from business leaders to the engineering team, and vice versa. You will build developer tools and closely interact with dApps, technical partners, and multiple internal teams.\n\nResponsibilities\n\n\n* Drive product development from discovery to concept to launch\n\n* Drive adoption and increase retention\n\n* Align teams and stakeholders on a shared vision tied to larger strategy\n\n* Orchestrate cross-functional teams of engineers, designers, analysts\n\n* Facilitate user research to validate hypotheses and inform development\n\n* Stay ahead of user needs, product trends, and market dynamics\n\n* Define, measure, analyze user feedback, product growth, and business outcomes\n\n* Shape and develop your product roadmap; harden vision into strategy through discovery\n\n* Groom backlogs, plan sprints, conduct retros, unblock your team\n\n\n\n\nWhat We Look For in You\n\n\n* 3-5+ years of software product management experience, including also experiences in consumer products (B2C)\n\n* Strong passion and interest in Web3 and blockchain\n\n* Good technical understanding of how Ethereum and smart contracts work\n\n* Familiarity with processes (e.g. Agile, Scrum), and tools (e.g. JIRA, Notion, Figma, GitHub, MixPanel)\n\n* Excellent communication, relationship management and organizational skills\n\n* Data-driven, user-focused, and analytical\n\n* Methodical prioritization and problem solving skills\n\n* Entrepreneurial with a growth mindset; independently driven, constantly learning, always improving\n\n* Team player, inclusive leader, open to feedback, and transparent with intentions.\n\n\n\n\nDon't meet all the requirements?
