You will act as a liaison between business stakeholders and various engineering teams when it comes to working on cross-functional projects and initiatives. You will be responsible for defining standards and best practices for Workday, and HR System implementation and support. You will act as a Workday champion and stay on top of Workdayโs releases and features to implement the latest and greatest for your business stakeholders. As a Lead, you are expected to oversee project implementations by professional services and SI partners, and partner with 3rd party vendors on larger HR projects. You will also lead and execute various technical initiatives focused on improving security, reliability and performance of systems within the HR landscape.\n\n\nThis role will require thorough knowledge and understanding of core HR business processes, practices, and experience implementing and administering Workday for large enterprise companies. The Feature Team collaboratively works together to deliver features, from inception to implementation, across our products following the SCRUM methodology.\n\n\n\n\nResponsibilities & Duties:\n\n\n\n\n\n* Ability to work autonomously and take ownership with a high degree of integrity\n\n* Working on various evolving web products utilizing Javascript as the main coding language with React framework.\n\n* Improving existing features and building new features for the product.\n\n* Researching new approaches on how to make products better, faster and more secure; sharing these findings with the rest of the Frontend team to have an open discussion on the pros and cons and to learn from each other.\n\n* Providing technical feasibility and estimations for tasks.\n\n* Ensuring correct code implementation with quality, stability, and readability in mind.\n\n* Learning, implementing and using new technologies in the projects.\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nRequirements:\n\n\n\n\n\n* Hands-on development: analyse product specifications, design implementations, write code and rapidly deliver features\n\n* Have a very good verbal communication and collaborative attitude.
