Additionally, we provide an accommodation process for those who may require full remote work.\n*Hybrid positions are only applicable to employees within a 35-mile radius of Provi offices\n\n\n\n\nProvi is looking for a billing enthusiast that is detail oriented, finds order to cash processes fascinating and enjoys problem solving.  The Billing team is small but mighty and there will be lots of opportunities to help develop new processes and collaborate across departments.\n\n\n\nWhat youโ€™ll be doing:\n* Review contracts for billing setup\n* Account and Billing setup in Netsuite/Stripe\n* Generate Invoices and send to customers\n* Process Payments\n* Resolve any billing questions from Customers and Internal Teams\n* Coordinate with other departments, including sales, to ensure the accuracy of billing information\n* Help with month end close processes/reviews as needed\n* Assist with Collections efforts including Customer outreach and follow up\n\n\n\nWhat we are looking for:\n* 1+ years of billing experience; experience billing in Netsuite and/or Stripe a plus\n* Understanding of revenue recognition principles\n* Ability to multitask and understand how to prioritize tasks\n* Professional and customer service oriented\n* Customer facing experience\n\n\n\n\n$52,000 - $76,000 a yearThis range represents the total on target earnings. Base pay is just one component of the Company's total compensation package for employees. This person will have an integral role in all aspects of the contest, including moderating entries, planning and going on the road for a 10-city tour, and working across teams to ensure a smooth and successful rollout.\n\nRESPONSIBILITIES\n\n\n* Contest Support \n\n\n\n* Answer questions and manage communications in the Tiny Desk Contest help desk and Contest inbox\n\n* Communicate with Legal regarding entrant eligibility questions \n\n* Moderate Contest entries, checking for eligibility\n\n* Assist with facilitating the inaugural โ€˜Fan Favoriteโ€™ voting process \n\n\n\n* Member Partnerships liaison \n\n\n\n* Compose and coordinate with Member partnerships team to send out station-wide communications\n\n* Maintain and update Contest resources for stations including (eg. event planning guide, site on nprstations.org) \n\n* Point person for all communications with stations around Contest-focused local events \n\n* Oversee the development of eligible entry lists for stations from selected states/cities\n\n* Liaise with member stations who participate in on-site activations on tour \n\n\n\n* Tour \n\n\n\n* Main point of contact with tour venues, ensuring all venues are contracted, paid, and communicated with for tour needs.  \n\n* Maintain online event pages and manage ticket sales with Marketing\n\n* Process all contracts and payments to artists and vendors \n\n* Coordinate supplies shipments \n\n* Coordinate swag fabrication and distribution with marketing \n\n* Create and distribute tour itineraries for Contest winner and NPR staff. \n\n* Book all travel for Contest winner and NPR staff \n\n* Oversee all front-of-house on-site operations at each tour stop.  \n\n\n\n* Assist with budget management and reconciliation \n\n\n\n\nThe above duties and responsibilities are not an exhaustive list of required responsibilities, duties and skills.
