Remote Primary Coach Career Prep

\nThe Primary Coach, Career Prep team is a critical front-line role responsible for guiding a cohort of undergraduate Fellows through the MLT Career Prep program. In this role, you will support Fellows in developing the skills, experiences, and confidence needed to secure top-tier internships and full-time roles across MLTโ€™s employer partners.\n\n\nAs a Primary Coach, you will collaborate closely with Fellows, Track Directors, corporate partner liaisons, and internal program staff to ensure that each Fellow is progressing through the curriculum and meeting key milestones.
