\nYour Opportunity at ARCโ€™TERYX:\nAs the Senior Salesforce Marketing Engineer you develop, deploy, analyze, utilize, and maintain software, tools, applications, and information systems to meet the business requirements of the company in a demanding global marketplace. In this role, you will contribute to the development of the Salesforce CRM platforms, as well as coach peer developers, support activities, and contribute to the technology strategy for Arcโ€™teryx.  \n You will also contribute to the architecture, design methodology, and technology strategy alongside architects and the development lead. Your balance of strong technical skills, technology acumen, and people skills contributes to consistent, high-quality, and timely solutions for the internal business clients.\n\n\nThis role can be hired remote. The incumbent should have a strong understanding of the Latin American regulatory environment and Anti-Money Laundering, Countering the Financing of Terrorism, Countering Proliferation (AML/CFT/CP) and Sanctions laws and regulations and best practices to control these risks in the financial sector.\n\n\n\n\nThe incumbent will also work with the Compliance Manager in developing, implementing and continuously improving the Know Your Customer (KYC), Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD) and Transaction Monitoring (TM) program, policies and procedures and ensuring that Compliance Unit executes the companyโ€™s regulatory reporting requirements and effectively mitigating money laundering (ML), terrorist financing (TF) and Sanctions offense risks in accordance with applicable laws and expectations in the jurisdictions in which the company operates.
