\nThe Role\n\nThe Channel Partner Manager is crucial in delivering on our transformational vision in the USA and Canada regions.\n\nWe are looking for a highly motivated leader and team player to join the Global Partnerships & Channels team as our lead in North America. You will build a plan to accelerate and scale the growth of our business Consulting & Implementation, Reseller, Service Provider, and Build partners within the North American market. \n\nThis strategic role requires a balance of strategy, sales, and a roll-up-your-sleeves and 'get it done' attitude.\n\nYou must be a highly motivated team player with expertise working in a fast-paced, cross-functional manner and can establish broad senior-level relationships. You have a proven track record of delivering results and getting things done. You will demonstrate strong business acumen, have outstanding communication skills, and be able to effectively build relationships with and executive business Consulting & Implementation, Reseller, Service Provider, and Build alliance leaders in the partner ecosystem.\n\nResponsibilities\n\n\n* Create a Partner go-to-market business plan and drive net new partner revenue\n\n* Proactively manage relationships with partner executives at sourced partners to build partner mindshare.\n\n* Build regional partner mindshare within priority industries and workflows\n\n* Drive Partner Forecast Process and Reporting\n\n* Work with marketing to plan and execute marketing events to drive new revenue\n\n\n\n\nWhat we are looking for\n\n\n* Strong track record of exceeding partner sales revenue targets\n\n* At least 5-10 years prior experience working with partners driving highly qualified pipeline\n\n* Manage to make an impact within your first 60 days.
