If this sounds like what you want to spend day and night thinking about, weโ€™d love to chat.\n\n\n\n\nLocation: Remotely from anywhere in the world\n\n\nWho you are\n\n\n\n\nAn ideal team member is:\n\n\n\n\n\n* An experienced smart contract developer with a passion for building the next generation of cryptocurrency protocols.\n\n* An avid follower of new crypto developments including L2s / scaling technologies, cross-chain technologies, and new DeFi primitives.\n\n* Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.\n\n* A collaborative problem-solver who is willing to help other team members.\n\n* In their element when it comes to the creative and sometimes chaotic DAO environment.\n\n\n\n\n\n\nResponsibilities\n\n\n\n\n\n* Design, code, test and deploy smart contracts.\n\n* Review code written by other team members.\n\n* Collaborate with auditors to ensure code quality standards and security.\n\n* Assist with documentation and communications with the project communities.\n\n\n\n\n\n\nBasic Qualifications\n\n\n\n\n\n* 3+ years experience developing product grade applications with Rust and/or 1+ years of experience developing smart contracts on CosmWasm.\n\n* A deep understanding of DeFi and crypto financial concepts.\n\n\n\n\n\n\nPreferred Qualifications\n\n\n\n\n\n* Experience deploying complex smart contracts that have been used on mainnet of a top blockchain.\n\n* A deep understanding of one or more smart contract platforms including CosmWasm, Ethereum Virtual Machine, and Solana.ย \n\n* Experience with implementing complex math in smart contracts.\n\n* Experience with DeFi testing, security, or auditing.\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nCompensation and Benefits\n\n\n\n\n\n* Impact: Youโ€™ll work with some of the smartest people in the space and play a pivotal role in influencing the way some of the most popular crypto applications are built..ย \n\n* Learning: Youโ€™ll benefit from the cumulative knowledge base of Delphiโ€™s 60+ person team as well as our portfolio companies and extended network.
