The ideal candidate will have a strong background in early stage product management, a proven track record of successful product launches, and the ability to navigate the intersection of technology, business, and customer needs.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\n\n* Product Strategy and Roadmap:\n\n\n\n* Develop and refine the product strategy for Mezmo's Telemetry Pipeline, aligning it with the company's overall vision and business objectives.\n\n* Create and communicate a comprehensive product roadmap, outlining key milestones, feature releases, and enhancements.\n\n\n\n* Cross-Functional Collaboration:\n\n\n\n* Collaborate closely with Engineering, Design, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to ensure seamless execution of the product roadmap.\n\n* Foster a collaborative environment that encourages cross-functional communication and innovation.\n\n\n\n* Market Analysis and Customer Insights:\n\n\n\n* Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, competitive landscapes, and customer needs within the telemetry industry.\n\n* Gather and analyze customer feedback, leveraging insights to refine and improve Mezmo's Telemetry Pipeline offerings.\n\n\n\n* Product Development and Launch:\n\n\n\n* Oversee the end-to-end product development lifecycle, from concept to launch, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery of features and updates.\n\n* Work closely with engineering teams to prioritize development efforts and maintain alignment with product goals.\n\n\n\n* Product Performance and Metrics:\n\n\n\n* Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for Mezmo's Telemetry Pipeline, regularly evaluating product performance against business objectives.\n\n* Implement data-driven decision-making processes to optimize product features and user experience.\n\n\n\n\n\n\nQualifications:\n\n\n* 10+ years of Product experience with 5+ years managing Product teams focused on Software or SaaS solutions.\n\n* Experience in early stage SaaS startups.\n\n* Demonstrated success in leading and launching complex products in a fast-paced, dynamic environment for both Enterprise and Cloud Native customers.\n\n* Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills with a deep understanding of telemetry, Security, or data analytics.\n\n* Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to inspire and influence cross-functional teams.\n\n\n\n\nCompensation: This role has an annual starting salary range of $260,000.00 - $315,000.00 + equity + benefits.
