Remote Clojure Engineer

At present, we are actively seeking engineers located in South America.\n\n\n\nAbout the role:\n* This project is with an existing ThorTech healthcare client that we have worked with for the past 3 years. We are heavily embedded in the client’s organization and have had great experience working with this client. They are looking for several Clojure contractors to come on board ASAP to help with an internal application.\n\n\n\nQualifications:\n* 5+ years experience in software development\n* 2+ years experience with Clojure/ClojureScript\n* Strong Experience with database systems (Datomic experience would be a plus)\n* AWS Experience is highly preferred, but they are also open to anyone with Cloud Services Experience\n* Familiarity with basic data structures and algorithms\n* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills\n\n\n\nOthers:\n* This is 40 hours/week; EST hours\n* This is a contract opportunity until December, with the possibility to extend\n\n\n\n\n$45 - $55 an hourThorTech Solutions is a company that invests in its employees.
