\nWe are seeking an experienced and highly proactive temporary Senior Executive Assistant to join our organization and provide comprehensive support to our CEO, Chief People Officer, and Chief of Staff for up to 3 months. Reporting to our Chief of Staff, you will play a critical role in managing calendars, coordinating, attending and taking notes during meetings, sending out meeting follow-ups, and ensuring efficient communication within the organization. The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational skills, a sense of urgency, and the ability to optimize these leaderโ€™s schedules to create more bandwidth for strategic activities.\n\nThis is an ideal position for an ambitious career Senior Executive Assistant who works well under pressure and senior management teams. \nThe Senior Clinical Trial Associate, Clinical Operations, plays a key role in administratively supporting the planning, execution, and management of clinical trials within the organization.
