\nWe are looking for a Senior Backend Engineer to join our Scheduling Team in our Caregiver Experience Organization. Scheduling is foundational to Spring Health’s services, and you will be an important thought leader in creating a great experience for our members and our providers.  You will help to define our product and engineering roadmaps, and work as a part of a cross-functional product team to find elegant solutions to mental healthcare’s many problems. Additionally, you will guide the growth of the engineering team as a senior member.\n\nWhat You’ll be Doing:\n\n\n* Backend Systems Refinement: Leverage your experience with Ruby on Rails to refactor and optimize our core scheduling paths, ensuring scalability and maintainability.\n\n* Data Architecture: Design data models that support efficient scheduling flows, capable of adapting to future needs with the ability to scale.\n\n* Quality Assurance: Craft and execute comprehensive tests to ensure the integrity of our systems.\n\n* Observability and Monitoring: Implement comprehensive observability and monitoring to ensure the success and reliability of our scheduling systems. Enhance our ability to make data-driven decisions. \n\n* API Development and Maintenance: Support key APIs from development to deployment, ensuring robustness and performance for our main applications.\n\n* Mentoring Engineers: As a senior member, you will mentor other engineers in the organization.
