Thatโs why weโre looking at you (yes, you!) to make a bold move and join our adventure.\n\nYOUR ROLE\nBold Penguin is seeking a talented, creative, results-driven marketer to join our marketing team and focus efforts on the main street agency segment. With over 13,000 insurance agencies in the United States, we need to scale our efforts to reach the agents that benefit from Bold Penguin commercial quoting technology. You will be the voice of Bold Penguin to small insurance agencies, helping them understand the many benefits of digital quoting capabilities in our platform. You will work closely with our marketing, product, and sales teams to plan, develop and execute on a marketing strategy to reach thousands of agents in a short period of time. The ideal candidate will be resourceful and able to execute projects efficiently. You will also constantly track metrics and adjust marketing campaigns accordingly. Demonstrated success in B2B marketing campaigns is a must. A background in insurance, particularly commercial insurance, is nice to have. A background using Salesforce and/or Pardot is also viewed favorably. \n\nWHAT YOU'LL DO\nCollaborate cross-functionally with product, sales, and analytics teammates focused on strategic accounts and other high-touch marketing efforts.ย \nPartner closely with sales, account management, and SDR teams to capture account intelligence and ensure the field is aligned on all aspects of marketing plans.\nOversee the deployment of engaging, industry-focused marketing programs to deliver the right messages at the right time to insurance agents.\nDesign and execute multi-channel communication strategies for diverse prospect audiences including executives, brokers/agents, and a variety of users.ย \nManage the execution of email campaigns, direct mail, webinars, events, and other channels used in agency marketing campaigns.\n\nSKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS\nMoxy and resourcefulness to execute on marketing campaigns and strategy with limited resources.\nExperience developing and running marketing programs at B2B SaaS organizations.\nExperience leading cross-functional teams.\nThe ability to translate a general problem statement into a full program and execution plan with strong stakeholder alignment.\nStrong leadership and program management skills.\nStrong collaboration and communication skills.\nA desire to work in a fast-paced, regularly evolving startup environment.\nExperience working with Salesforce and Pardot marketing automation 2+ years of experience in Account-based marketing.\n5+ years of experience in B2B marketing.\n\nBonus Qualifications:\nBonus points for Insurtech background or commercial insurance experience!\n\nBENEFITSย \nWe offer competitive compensation and progressive benefits that include:\nMedical, Dental, and Vision\nDisability and Life Benefits401K with a company match\nEmployee Assistance Program\nParental Leave\nPaid Time Off\n\nRemote Culture.
