Our mission is to accelerate cryptocurrency adoption and increase the freedom of money.\nIf youโ€™re looking for a fast-paced, mission-driven organization where opportunities to learn and excel are endless, then Binance is the place for you.\nBinance is looking for a Compliance Systems and Analytics expert that will make up part of our leadership team, tasked to grow and develop the team to deliver systems and analytics solutions within our Compliance division.\nResponsibilities\n\n\n\n* Enhance Compliance Systems and Analytics with a goal to optimize screening, models and thresholds.\n\n* Work with On and Off-Chain SMEs to develop typologies, algorithms and controls to meet regulatory requirements.\n\n* Ensure all change control processes and documentation meet regulatory standards.\n\n* Develop and oversee model validation program.\n\n* Develop MIS to help drive team efficiencies and to inform leadership on compliance performance and effectiveness.\n\n* Tune all TM rules supported by appropriate documentation.\n\n* Develop, deploy, modify and/or remove ~4 rules per quarter within defined efficacy rate until all gaps are filled.
