We help CPAs get their continuing professional development (CPD) hours through engaging podcasts with business leaders (the CFOs of Slack, Shopify, Yelp, Yahoo!, TD Bank, and Wealthsimple just to name a few). UpKeep is ranked the #1 Facility Management software on Gartner, #1 Maintenance Management software on G2 Crowd, FrontRunners on Software Advice, and CMMS Leader on IDC MarketScape. \n\n\n\nResponsibilities\n* Deal Process Optimization:\n* Evaluate and streamline end-to-end deal processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.\n* Implement best practices for deal structuring and pricing within the Zuora and SFDC ecosystems.\n* Work closely with sales, finance, and legal teams to ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.\n\n\n\n* Zuora and SFDC Integration:\n* Utilize your expertise in Zuora and SFDC to drive seamless integration between the two platforms.\n* Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to data flow and synchronization between systems.\n* Collaborate with Finance/RevOps/Sales and development teams to implement custom solutions and enhancements.\n\n\n\n* Data Analysis and Reporting:\n* Generate regular reports on deal metrics, providing insights to support decision-making processes.\n* Identify trends and anomalies in deal data, offering recommendations for improvement.\n* Contribute to the development of dashboards and analytics tools to enhance visibility into deal performance.\n\n\n\n* Cross-Functional Collaboration:\n* Work closely with sales, legal, finance, and operations teams to gather requirements and ensure alignment with business objectives.\n* Provide training and support to sales teams on deal desk processes and system usage.\n* Act as a liaison between business users and technical teams to address system-related issues.\n\n\n\nQualifications\n* Bachelorโ€™s degree in Business, Finance, IT, or a related field.\n* Proven experience in deal desk operations, with a focus on Zuora and SFDC platforms.\n* Strong understanding of subscription-based business models and revenue recognition principles.\n* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.\n* Effective communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work across diverse teams.\n* Experience with system integrations, data migrations, and custom configurations within Zuora and SFDC.\n* Familiarity with SaaS  industry deals and deal structure  best practices and emerging trends in deal desk management.\n\n\n\nDesired Behaviors\n* Receptive to change โ€“ is flexible.
