Experience in SaaS is a plus. \n* Fluent Salesforce user: complex dashboards & reports, custom report types, calculated fields, workflows (admin certification a plus) \n* Exceptional quantitative and MS Excel skills (sumifs, index/match and vlookup, pivots) \n* A solid understanding of data visualization techniques  \n* Intermediate or higher Tableau, Domo or Power BI skills is a plus \n* Python or R programming language for data analysis and statistics is a plus \n* Excellent written and verbal communication skills. \n* Strong attention to detail \n\n\n\n\n\nEnsuring a diverse and inclusive workplace is our priority. We look to accurately forecast the expected performance of Kiva by digging into the drivers that impact the business. We frame business alternatives and drive strategic discussions based on thoughtful analysis.\n\nFor this secondment, we are looking for someone who can build and refine models for initiatives as well as longer-run planning. This would include:\n\n\nAnalysis around the lifetime value of Kiva lenders of various types and leveraging these learnings to better understand our target audiences.
