This position will support the management of compliance controls, organizational policies, procedures, and standards in support of regulatory compliance needs as well as organizational information security practices. In addition to performing the engineering and implementation functions, this position will offer consulting during the detailed design, build, test, and deploy phases.  \n\n\n\nHow you'll add value: \n* Solve business issues through Salesforce development and best practices(e.g., Sales Cloud, Experience Cloud, Service Cloud). \n* Design, develop, and successfully deploy CPQ for a team of over 100 revenue-generating individuals. \n* Execute on the Salesforce roadmap across admin, developer, and engineering work. \n* Improve and build solutions to address architectural gaps or technical debt. \n* Propose best technologies for data processing and    data framework. \n* Play an active role in positively influencing the design direction. \n* Check in and deploy code and configurations; participate in release management. \n* Participate in story planning, standups and retrospectives. \n* Mentor other members of the Salesforce team; Drive enforcement of standards, tools and methodologies. \n* Execute with a team of architects, engineers, admins, and analysts. \n* Produce world-class documentation and tutorials that enable other teams. \n* Ensure that solutions accurately meet the defined project expectations, and enable the team to execute the designed vision. \n* Demonstrate progressive leadership in the full software development lifecycle, including integrating all application requirements into the solution design (e.g., functional, security, integration, performance, quality, and operational needs). \n* Guide technical teams to deliver flexible and scalable solutions that meet overall business requirements. \n* Oversee phases of multiple projects, including development, documentation, testing, and deployment, to ensure alignment with application architecture. \n* Promote the adoption of Salesforce best practices and establish standard processes for development and testing teams. \n* Understand requirements and provide one or more solutions using Salesforce best practices. \n* Have experience designing Salesforce integrations with different systems using web services (REST or SOAP) and middleware (e.g., Workato). \n* Possess expertise in Salesforce Development, Salesforce Configuration, and CPQ. \n* Conduct technical solution reviews and provide recommendations for improved adoption and usage. \n* Mentor team members in technology, architecture, and application delivery. \n* Other duties as assigned. \n\n\n\nWhat you'll need to be successful in this role: \n* Valid Salesforce Certifications in the following: Administrator, Advanced Administrator, CPQ Specialist, and either Platform App Builder or Platform Developer I. \n* 5+ years of direct experience with developing, configuring, and implementing successful Salesforce project & application implementations. \n* 2+ years of experience on Salesforce & Force platform as a Developer or Engineer \n* Experience in Lighting Aura and Web Components and strong hands-on experience in development practices. \n* Experienced with Salesforce SOAP API, REST API, and BULK API. \n* Proven experience in the development and implementation of Salesforce solutions. \n* Experienced with Web UI frameworks in Visualforce pages or Lightning components. \n* Demonstrate progressive leadership in the full life cycle of the software development environment. \n* Strong knowledge of Salesforce best practices and methodologies. \n* Strong Interpersonal Skills, and ability to work with teams and stakeholders of different backgrounds and time zones in a multicultural environment. \n* Experience working with Agile teams and use of tools such as Jira, Copado, etc. \n* Experience working with Apex Code and custom Apex Classes. \n* Experience working with DevOps tools such as AutoRabit along with Github, Jenkins, VS Code preferred. \n* Experience with managed packages and AppExchange preferred. \n* Motivated, high-potential performer, with demonstrated ability to influence and lead. \n* Able to solve complex problems and successfully manage ambiguity and unexpected change. \n\n\n\nR365 Team Member Benefits & Compensation\n* This position has a salary range of $145K-$170K.
