\nSr Manager, FP&A, Creative Arts & Services - PlayStation Studios\n\nPlayStation Studios Finance team is seeking a Senior Manager, FP&A who is passionate about driving efficiency and influencing business decisions for optimal financial results. You will be part of the Central PlayStation Studios Finance group, reporting to the Director of FP&A.\n\nThis role is a critical finance leadership role that will involve partnering with PlayStation Studios leadership and budget holders to drive impactful FP&A insights and improvement initiatives, bring a value perspective to the equation, and deliver budgets and overheads, forecasts, financial reporting, and strategic/ad-hoc cost-savings opportunities.\n\nYou are not afraid to question current practices and seek business improvement(s) where possible. You will be reporting to the Controller. Your goal will be to optimize the AP, expense and reimbursement processes at Mistplay. Une connaissance de ce sujet sur le plan international constitue un atout.\n* Tu as la capacité de communiquer efficacement avec plusieurs parties prenantes simultanément, qui te permet de faire face à un volume important de questions et de demandes.\n* Une expérience de Zip, Netsuite, Float et des logiciels de gestion des comptes fournisseurs est un atout.\n* À usage interne uniquement : il s'agit d'un poste de niveau P3.\n\n\n\nWhat you’ll do at Mistplay:\n* Manage the vendor payment platform and process, review vendor invoices,  facilitate invoice approvals and vendor onboarding.\n* Coordinate the receipt collection and accurate categorization of credit card transactions. Export the credit card transactions to the ERP system.\n* Ensure precise tracking of department allocations, GL codes, and sales tax for transactions\n* Take charge of the expense reimbursement process, collaborating with employees, Payroll and HR.\n* Become a reliable representative of the finance team by efficiently handling requests received through the accounting inbox, both from within the company and external parties.\n* Assist in month-end closing activities, including accruals and reconciliations.\n* Analyze spend patterns and use professional judgment in processing payments in order to flag saving opportunities and spend control improvements where needed \n\n\n\nWhat you’ll bring to Mistplay:\n* 5 years of experience in an accounts payable type role or relevant experience on an in-house accounting team.\n* Co-owns projects and owns pieces of larger projects.\n* Shows initiative and makes good decisions within their scope without seeking consensus.High degree of accuracy and attention to detail.\n* You know what good at scale looks like for AP & expense processes and have the drive to optimize these processes at Mistplay.\n* Knowledge of sales tax regulation with regards to purchases in Quebec and Canada.
