The role will support our Chief Growth Officer and report directly to the Senior Director of Business Partnership.\n\nResponsibilities: \n\n\nPartners with the leaders, and Director of Business Partnership to ensure our team members feel supported, respected, and appreciated\n\nPartners with Hims & Hers to roll out performance feedback process and take on day-to-day HR-related issues with poise; consults our managers and team members as to our policies, procedures, and resources to ensure optimal outcomes for all parties\n\nRepresents the broader Hims and Hers, Inc. HR function to ensure ongoing communication, coordination, and further integration\n\nWorks with Legal in the investigation of any severe cases and implements appropriate remediation\n\nDiscuss business strategies, HR challenges & roadmaps that can help the business with senior management and key stakeholders\n\nMake the outstanding leaders you support even stronger, by providing guidance, cross-functional perspectives, and 360-degree feedback\n\nProvide guidance to all fulfillment/customer experience management on best HR practices in relation to performance management, compensation, and employee relations \n\nPartner with the internal HR stakeholders to create business cases for the allocation of resources and development \n\nFacilitate strategies for retention and engagement opportunities for non-exempt employees; evaluate data metrics like attrition, time to fill, and onboarding success rate\n\n\n\n\nRequirements:\n\n\nBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field \n\n10+ years of experience across HR Business Partner experience \n\nExperience partnering with or working closely with Executives on Workforce Planning, Talent Management, Employee Relations, or Talent Management \n\nAbility to coach and communicate across all levels of the organization: up, down, and across\n\nDemonstrated client-service orientation, with a clear, approachable, and friendly communication style and customer service approach\n\nExcellent attention to detail, with the ability and patience, to audit and dive deep into data to determine patterns and check for inaccuracies\n\nStrong analytical skills, proven ability to execute processes, and a flexible approach to problem-solving\n\nExperience being open-minded and vocal to conservative business decision-making in an ingenious work environment\n\nProven hands-on experience partnering with business leaders on complex initiatives in organizational effectiveness and organizational design, and talent execution\n\nAn ability to successfully monitor the "pulse" of the employees to ensure a high level of employee engagement\n\n\n\n\nPreferred:\n\n\nExperience with using data systems and tools; experience using HRIS systems, such as Paylocity or Workday\n\nThe ability to think big but also not be afraid to roll up your sleeves\n\nExperience with administering leave\n\n\n\n\nWe are focused on building a diverse and inclusive workforce.
