Remote Director Placement
What Weโre Looking For:\nThe Placement Director will be responsible for overseeing multiple programs within a vertical(s). Senior Managers and managers will report directly to the Director, who will be in charge of ensuring their programs consistently meet or exceed KPIs and participate in ongoing, high-level initiatives within the department in partnership with the Placement Leadership Team.\nResponsibilities Include, But Are Not Limited To:\n\n\nProgram Placement KPIs (30%)\n\n\nOn-Time Placement, NPS improvements, PQRT, budgeted velocity\n\n\n\n\n\nUniversity Relations (25%)\n\n\nMaintain relationships with consistent meetings and initiatives with university partners\n\nLaunches programs within existing or new verticals\n\n\n\n\n\nInternal Relationship Management (25%)\n\n\nConsistent communication with program management and other internal stakeholders to meet #2 and #3\n\n\n\n\n\nHR initiatives/Employee development (20%)\n\n\nHandle performance concerns, promotions, and initiatives for morale boosting/career pathing development, etc. \n\nOversee committees and coaching/development initiatives that strengthen employee performance and engagement\n\n\n\n\n\nBudget (10%) \n\n\nPlan and maintain program budget and cost per placement by continually evaluating enrollment and staffing needs, placement expenses, and areas for increased efficiency.\n\n\n\n\n\n20-25% travel\n\n\n\nThings That Should Be In Your Background:\n\n\n* 3-5 years of experience\n\n* Bachelors and experience in program management or management\n\n\n\n \nAbout 2U Inc.
