Cordial is hiring a Remote Deliverability Consultant
\nPOSITION SUMMARY\n\nAs a Deliverability Consultant, you are considered a subject matter expert internally and externally. Your main focus will be helping guide our clients to sending success by interpreting deliverability related data (bounce logs, engagement recency, SNDS, GPT, etc) on behalf of the client and providing meaningful, prescriptive, actionable guidance by way of reports, business reviews, and regular client meetings. You will occasionally help in the sales process and will be heavily involved in the implementation and onboarding of new clients. As a growth stage startup, there are always extra tasks and projects to take on, so tackling side projects to help improve our processes and the client experience will be a big part of your day-to-day as well.\n\nYOU WILL\n\n\nBe an advocate for our clients. \n\nSeamlessly adopt the Cordial deliverability philosophy (we are here to serve clients and interpret data on their behalf, therefore better equipping marketers for success via the Cordial platform). \n\nOnboard and implement the programs of a wide range of clients (in regards to volume, cadence, and industry). \n\nWork closely with Client Success Managers, Solutions Experts, and Support to best assist clients needs and meet company goals.\n\nManage internal stakeholders and external client expectations on projects and timelines.\n\nCollaborate with our Client Success, Strategy and Support teams to ensure we are continuously meeting and exceeding our clients expectations and goals.\n\nDevelop and share Best Practices to clients and internal teams.\n\nDocument and record all ongoing project work.\n\nProduce content for our blog and knowledgebase.\n\nIdentify gaps in our processes and offer/implement creative solutions.\n\nRemain connected to email communities and report on industry trends and changes that will impact Cordial clients.\n\nRepresent Cordial at industry functions and communities such as M3AAWG, EEC, EmailGeeks, CSA, etc.\n\n\n\n\nABOUT YOU\n\n\n5+ years of experience in a deliverability related role.\n\nFamiliarity with MTA service providers (Sparkpost, SendGrid, PMTA, etc).\n\nExpertise in intricacies of sending to top level ISPs and MBPs (Microsoft, Gmail, VMG).\n\nExperience troubleshooting sending to APAC and EMEA regions a plus.\n\nStrong understanding of email authentication (SPF, DKIM, DMARC, ARC, BIMI, etc), SMTP protocol, and industry best practices.\n\nDirect experience onboarding new clients (including IP and domain warmups).\n\nAutonomous in day to day work, ability to identify the next prioritized task.\n\nAbility to interpret high level data on behalf of non-technical marketers and communicate the idea back in an easily digestible format.\n\nExperience consulting with C-level executives.\n\nHigh emotional intelligence and strong communication skills necessary to assist in communicating with a wide range of individuals, internally and externally.\n\nStrong troubleshooting and problem resolution skills (diagnosis, option assessment, recommendation and escalation).\n\nProficient in G Suite tools (Google Drive, Sheets, Docs, and Slides).\n\nFoundational understanding of APIs and other development tools (such as SQL) and BI tools (such as Tableau, Google Data Studio, etc) a strong plus.\n\nAble to manage multiple open projects at any point in time, with varying degrees of complexity and business priority.\n\nAdept at identifying issues, recognizing patterns, proposing solutions and helping to create repeatable processes or documentation to assist with the long-term success of both our internal team, clients, and partners.\n\n\n \n\n#Salary and compensation\n
