\nTeam Description\n\nPendo's partnerships and alliances team plays a crucial role in helping expand Pendoโs reach to new markets by growing and nurturing our partner ecosystem. This role will report to the Team Leader of Technology Partnerships and will lead an organization focused on driving leverage and growth through our partnership with Google Cloud. This person will need to be located in the U.S.\n\nRole Responsibilities \n\n\nAs the Partnership Manager, you will be responsible for growing our existing partnership with Google Cloud. You will create a clear vision for the partnership by building a precise, well-defined strategy and execution plan aligned to the fiscal year priorities and revenue growth targets.\n\nYou understand the technology and offerings of Pendo and the cloud provider, providing technical expertise and thought leadership on Pendoโs solutions to our Cloud Partners, sales organizations and our mutual prospects and customers.\n\nYou will focus on joint customers while acting as the technical authority for team members surrounding our partnership. Working closely with these team members, you will build initiatives highlighting the value of our services to the Cloud Provider, adjusting your delivery to the wide variety of audiences around the partnership as needed.\n\nYou enjoy the opportunity to work directly with Business Leaders, as well as Pendo Product Teams, Account Teams and Partner Management sharing your knowledge to ultimately improve our business and customersโ success.\n\nYou love the idea of uncovering new ways our partnerships can tackle critical business problems together, building those ideas into significant assets and experiences for prospects and customers.\n\nYou will work closely with partners to foster solid executive alignment with partners, develop a co-innovation plan for new solutions and orchestrate the co-sell motion between Google and the Pendo.\n\nManage the creation of demand generation and go-to-market (GTM) plans and build the ISV co-sell plan, in alignment with the partner and with the GCP field sales organization.\n\n\n\n\nMinimum Qualifications \n\n\nWe look for people who are intellectually curious, confident, and have ability to wear multiple hats as we scale our partnership ecosystem working with cloud partners, preferably Google cloud\n\n5 years or more of partnership experience preferably in an entrepreneurial SaaS environment\n\nProven success in managing complex partnerships with cloud partners (GCP)\n\nAbility to embrace feedback and hold yourself accountable\n\nThe ability to learn technology basics and apply them to business situations\n\n\n\n\nPreferred Qualifications \n\n\nExperience with a track record of success prospecting greenfield territories with cloud partners\n\nDemonstrated consistent track record achieving or exceeding goals and targets\n\nUnderstanding of the business model of cloud marketplaces, cloud commits, burn-down, credits, ISV partnerships, market development funds. \n\nMBA from a reputed university or business school\n\nBusiness level certification from a cloud provider (preferably GCP)\n\n\n\n\n \n\nPendo Description:\n\nPendo was founded in 2013 by former product managers, who combined their heads and hearts to build something they wanted but never had as product managers -- a simple way to understand and attack what truly drives product success.
