About the Team\n\nThe Partnership Marketing team for DoorDash Marketplace works with our most-valued restaurant and new vertical US partners (Grocery, Pets, Retail, etc.) to create integrated co-marketing campaigns that drive orders, new customers and awareness for our partnersโ delivery businesses and for DoorDash. You will work closely with cross functional teams to ensure we are maximizing DoorDash value from our partner relationships, with marketing that drives our merchantsโ business forward and serves our audiences. This is a unique opportunity to help shape a fast-growing, global consumer brand with the mission of โdelivering good by connecting people and possibility" through the lens of our merchant partnerships.\n\nYou will report into a Senior Manager on our Partnership Marketing team in our Marketing organization.\nYouโre excited about this opportunity because you willโฆ\n\n\nOwn and nurture marketing relationships with some of our largest and high profile partners from major national restaurants to merchants in emerging verticals like Retail\n\nDevelop annual co-marketing strategies and plans with key partners and establish โbuy-inโ from internal and external stakeholders \n\nExecute integrated co-marketing campaigns from strategy and concept, through production, implementation, delivery and reporting \n\nBuild integrated marketing programs collaboration with Sales that drive against merchant goals and support our emerging Ads business\n\nWork closely with internal marketing teams to integrate partner strategies within DoorDash owned brand campaigns\n\nManage day-to-day operations of partner marketing efforts, including promotions, emails, in-app experiences, website content, and status meetings\n\nCreate project briefs for individual campaign assets, project manage the creation of campaign assets and provide status updates to stakeholders\n\nCreate regular internal and partner-facing reports to track campaign and promotion performance\n\nUse a data-first approach to optimize campaigns against our goals, improve profitability, and drive results\n\n\n\nWeโre excited about you because you haveโฆ\n\n\nBachelorโs degree or higher; MBA a plus\n\n6+ yearsโ experience in Marketing either at a consumer brand, tech company or integrated agency \n\nDemonstrable success establishing and achieving business goals through marketing\n\nDemonstrable experience leading cross functional workstreams and balancing multiple objectives and constraints \n\nStrong organization skills - you can efficiently manage 5-10 campaigns and promotions at the same time\n\nA knack for self-starting, thriving in a fast-paced and changing environment\n\nA strong creative mind and attention to detail\n\nData fluency - youโre able to validate impact and inform plans \n\n\n\n About DoorDash\n\nAt DoorDash, our mission to empower local economies shapes how our team members move quickly, learn, and reiterate in order to make impactful decisions that display empathy for our range of usersโfrom Dashers to merchant partners to consumers.
