This role will call upon your flexibility to deal with many varying tasks within the finance department. The ideal candidate will have an eye for detail, a knack for problem solving and a willingness to learn and grow. \n\nKEY RESPONSIBILITIES:\n\n\nRegular processing of invoices into accounts payable system\n\nTimely document maintenance and organization\n\nMonitoring accounts payable processing\n\nReconciling vendor invoices\n\nAssisting with various ad hoc finance projects from various levels of Finance Management\n\nHelping support other members of the team as needed\n\n\n\n\n IDEAL BACKGROUND:\n\nYouโll be a technically minded individual with a good understanding of accounting and finance and a great eye for detail.\n\n\nProficiency in Microsoft Excel (Vlookups, Pivot Tables)\n\nAbility to maintain a high level of accuracy\n\nStrong organizational skills & attention to detail\n\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills\n\nEntrepreneur at heartโyou enjoy working as part of a small team, rapidly iterating on strategy, and getting your hands dirty to build something great\n\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills\n\nAbility to work in a fast paced, self-starter work environment and able to meet deadlines\n\nCustomer Focus- Is dedicated to meeting the expectations and requirements of internal and external customers; gets first-hand customer information and uses it for improvements in products and services; acts with customers in mind; establishes and maintains effective relationships with customers and gains their trust and respect.\n\nIntegrity & Trust- Is widely trusted; is seen as a direct, truthful individual; can present the unvarnished truth in an appropriate and helpful manner; keeps confidence; admits mistakes; doesn't misrepresent him/herself for personal gain.\n\n\n \n\n#Salary and compensation\n
