This is an incredible opportunity to get your first 1-3 years of Helpdesk under your belt. We truly believe in teaching good IT habits and will provide a ton of training and learning experiences.\n\nWeโd love if you came in with basic troubleshooting skills for both Windows and Mac systems and a willingness to be a jack of all trades tech. Copiers, phones, computers, Google Apps, Active Directory, all of it. IT Help Desk is a customer service occupation, so if you hate dealing with people this is not the job for you.\n\nNo degree necessary, no experience necessary.
