The ideal candidate will bring both strategic vision and solid execution skills to create native applications for mobile devices. This is a hands-on role, primarily focused on the development of our native Android applications. \n\nRequired Skills:\n\n\n* Work alongside a diverse group of peers strategizing, planning and executing business and IT initiatives\n\n* Clearly and consistently communicate with team members, project managers and other stakeholders\n\n* Demonstrate the ability to effectively maintain, refactor and evolve solutions for existing technological services\n\n* Ability to prototype, present and develop solutions for new technological services and requirements\n\n* Collaborate with members of the design team to help improve existing features, create new features and help problem solve.\n\n* Work closely with the project management team to estimate development efforts, communicate the current status of a project and stay aligned with short and long-term initiatives.\n\n* Provide constructive feedback to team members in the form of code reviews, verbal discussion and peer reviews.\n\n* Demonstrate self-discipline and the ability to solve problems without close supervision\n\n\n\n\nRequired Experience:\n\n\n* Strong experience and skills in Kotlin development and/or mobile applications\n\n* Excellent knowledge of working with the Android SDK\n\nDeep Understanding of Android UI design principles, patterns, and best practices\n\nDeep understanding of networking, offline storage, threading, and performance tuning\n\n* Experience with continuous integration with mobile app development\n\n* Highly proficient experience with Git version control\n\n* Previous development background in an Agile/SCRUM development environment\n\n\n\n\nPreferred Experience:\n\n\n* Experience creating and integrating with existing GraphQL APIs\n\n* Understanding of MVVM and LiveData in Android\n\n* Koin, AndroidX Test\n\n\n\n\n#LI-REMOTE #LI-LB \n\n#Salary and compensation\n
