\nZynga is looking for an experienced App Store Optimizations Manager to join our ASO team. In this role, you will be part of a team that is responsible for growing the organic visibility of Zyngaโs Apps globally within the different app stores.You will be working on strategizing and executing ASO-related tasks, including but not limited to lead storefront metadata optimization strategies, managing & executing creative testing, storefront assets for releases as well as keeping track of release schedules and gameโs KPIs.\n\nYou will be joining a team of talented individuals that are all committed to success and will be reporting to the ASO Director.\n\nMain Responsibilities:\n\n\n* \n\nIdentify opportunities and strategize plans to grow our games organically on both App Store and Google Play Store through ASO\n\n\n* \n\nConduct a localized Keyword research and competitive analysis.\n\n\n* \n\nTrack, analyze, research and optimize keywords and rankings for our games, as well as conduct competitive analysis.\n\n\n* \n\nOwn the creative process for optimizing and testing store graphic assets to increase app pages conversion\n\n\n* \n\nCreate coherent content and creative briefs based on your research to guide the content and art teams\n\n\n* \n\nWork closely with the gamesโ product marketing teams to communicate the ASO strategy\n\n\n* \n\nKeep track of version releases for our games and make sure our ASO updates are accurately implemented into the stores\n\n\n* \n\nMonitor the gamesโ KPIs that are influencing organic growth\n\n\n\n\n\nDesired Skills and Qualifications:ย \n\n\n* \n\nAnalytical mind with the ability to spot patterns and trends\n\n\n\n\n\n\n* \n\nCreative thinker, someone who can communicate and guide designers and copywriters\n\n\n* \n\nStrong background in Excel, statistical knowledge is appreciated\n\n\n* \n\nFluent in English, both verbal and written โ a must!\n\n\n* \n\nMinimum of 1-3 years of proven ASO experience\n\n\n* \n\nAbility to work with precision in a deadline-driven environment\n\n\n* \n\nExcellent understanding of ASO best practices, as well as knowledge of app store algorithms, optimization methods and effective strategies for growing app installs in multiple geographies\n\n\n* \n\nMust have good judgment and ability to work independently with little to no supervision\n\n\n* \n\nOutstanding communication skills โ both written and spoken\n\n\n* \n\nASO experience for mobile games - plus\n\n\n* \n\nInternationalization/Localization experience โ plus\n\n\n\n\n\nย \n\nZynga is an equal opportunity employer.
