We are building a team of creative problem-solvers from many different backgrounds.\n\nAs a Business Operations Manager you will be key in strategic initiatives and program management. On strategic initiatives, you will own key projects vital to core business outcomes and bring them to life from inception to execution. Some examples of potential projects include expansion planning and pricing strategy for new offerings. You will work closely with all teams across the company and drive important cross-functional initiatives. You will be responsible for developing data insights, preparing presentations to present strategic recommendations, and for leading cross-functional working groups. On program management, you will align the organization and make sure key projects are moving forward. \n\nThis role will be remote, but located in Los Angeles is a major plus. \n\nWhat you'll do\n\n\nBe responsible for 3 pillars: data insights, strategy, program management.\n\nProvide strategic support to the leadership team, working directly with the leadership team to identify, develop, and execute strategic plans to achieve business goals.\n\nOwn key strategic projects that run cross-functionally across the organization. Develop and implement communications framework to keep everyone aware of key information, aligned around priorities and focused on strategic work. \n\n\n\n\nWhat do you bring\n\n\n5+ years experience at a top tier consulting firm or investment bank or operations experience at a high growth technology company.\n\nExperience managing or coordinating complex projects and/or programs.\n\nBachelorโs degree required, MBA preferred.\n\nAdvanced Excel and Powerpoint skills. You are highly analytical and live in the data. You can operate at a 50K foot level, a 5K foot level, and in the blades of grass.\n\nAble to develop strategy, build a case and tell a persuasive story to drive decision making and buy-in across an organization.\n\nRelentless focus on execution that goes beyond analysis and strategy.\n\nDemonstrated project management skills and ability to work across functions. You can motivate others without direct reporting lines.\n\nSelf starter. You can own complex projects with minimal input.\n\nTeam player with excellent interpersonal skills. You have high EQ and can readily develop trust and credibility across all levels.\n\nExcellent communication skills. You can tell a written story, convert it into a visual story in powerpoint, and speak it to both big and small rooms. \n\nYou can give and receive candid feedback. \n\nStrong executive presence. Able to interact effectively with C-level and Board level audiences.\n\nWillingness to really roll up your sleeves in a startup environment. \n\nYou have intense curiosity and a drive to make things better.\n\n\n \n\n#Salary and compensation\n
