To maintain our momentum, we need people to join us in finding new ways of solving our unique challenges - people like you.\n\nSenior Comms & PR Manager, North America\n\nWe are looking for a Senior Communication Manager for North America, reporting directly to the VP of Marketing North America. \n\nAs Senior Communication Manager, you will be in charge of developing our thought leadership strategy in North America, and accountable for our public perception. Youโll work closely with our marketing and communication teams to develop communications plans that involve high-level placements in business and trade media.\n\nWhat youโll do\n\n\nDevelop and execute regional communications strategies and programs to drive media coverage. Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, commercial leads, and with senior leadership to craft compelling messaging and local storylines. \n\nManage and own relationships with PR agencies in the US and Canada to build excellent relationships with key media and secure media opportunities. Develop contacts with media members, influencers, and community leaders. Report on North American PR results. \n\nBuild and manage North American executive thought leadership. Assists executive leadership and board of directors in developing bylines, brand voices, presentations, speeches, and other important corporate messages.\n\nEnsure alignment with the company's strategic direction across all of the regionโs external communications channels to ensure consistent messaging and positive brand positioning. \n\nWork closely with North America business leads and content teams to build our local storytelling and public profile. Coordinate merchants win and support case studies efforts in the region. \n\nCollaborate with headquarter and global communications teams to ensure consistent and effective messages, coordinate on media briefings, product launches, etc.\n\nSupport execution and amplification for paid advertising campaigns, PR initiatives, events, product announcements, and marketing campaigns. \n\nSupport with corporate internal communications.\n\n\n\n\nWho you are\n\n\n7+ years of experience in the communications field.\n\nFlexible & tenacious: does what it takes to get things done, and ability to navigate through ambiguity.\n\nHave a proven experience of PR and external agency management.\n\nHave a good understanding of the business and trade media landscape in North America.\n\nCollaborative nature and team player, and a desire to work in an international environment.\n\nDemonstrated ability to take initiative, think ahead, engage proactively and make great things happen. \n\nHave a successful track record in high tech branding to business audiences. \n\nStrong project management skills. \n\n\n\n\nWho we are\n\nAdyen is the payments platform of choice for many of the worldโs leading companies, providing a modern end-to-end infrastructure connecting directly to Visa, Mastercard, and consumers' globally preferred payment methods.
