\nCYBERTEC is looking for a Full Stack Developer to join the CYBERTEC Migrator team. \n\n\n\nThe project you'll be working on:\n\nThe CYBERTEC Migrator is a web-based database migration tool.\n\nOwnership costs of closed source databases (such as Oracle or Db2) are steadily rising, causing a renewed interest in open source alternatives, such as PostgreSQL. \nSadly, existing database migration tooling is largely inaccessible for anyone except seasoned DBAs. \nWe are planning to change that.\n\n\nOver the years CYBERTEC has had the opportunity to aid in many complex migration projects. We are now utilizing the learnings from these experiences to streamline the process.\n\nWhat makes us unique, is that we go deep, rather than wide when it comes to source database feature coverage, because we’ve been exposed to all kinds of setups in the wild.\n\nYou will be working alongside a small cross-functional team, and will be responsible for owning the front-end while occasionally helping out on the back-end.\n\nThe CYBERTEC Migrator back-end is a TypeScript / Node.js application, with the front-end also being written in TypeScript (+ React / Redux).\n\nWe are passionate about crafting delightful user experiences. We’d be happy to chat if that applies to you as well ;)\n\n\n\nYour Profile:\n\n\n* Proficiency in TypeScript / JavaScript\n\n* RDBMS knowledge (not necessarily operational), more specifically Oracle Database and / or PostgreSQL\n\n* Proficiency in React / Redux\n\n* Familiarity with Figma\n\n* Fluency in spoken and written English and German\n\n\n\n\n\n\nWhat we offer:\n\n\n* Flat hierarchies, a pleasant, familial working atmosphere and a motivated team\n\n* Flexible working hours and Home Office\n\n* All the hardware & software you need to get things done\n\n\n\n\nProcess:\n\n* Initial Q&A and homework assignment\n\n* Reasonable amount of time to complete homework\n\n* Homework review with the team\n\n* Hiring decision\n\n\n\nAll interviews are done online and our team is working from home.\n\nYou will be compensated for the time you spend on the homework (which will take about two hours)\n\nWe are looking for a full-time employee (38,5 hrs). Salary will be determined based on professional experience; the formal minimum monthly salary according to collective agreement is EUR 3.094,- gross. We are not interested in agencies. \n\n#Salary and compensation\n No salary data published by company so we estimated salary based on previous jobs related to Full Stack, Developer and Digital Nomad jobs that are similar:\n\n $60,000 — $110,000/year\n

๐Ÿ‘‰ Please reference you found the job on Remote OK, this helps us get more companies to post here, thanks!

When applying for jobs, you should NEVER have to pay to apply. You should also NEVER have to pay to buy equipment which they then pay you back for later. Also never pay for trainings you have to do. Those are scams! NEVER PAY FOR ANYTHING! Posts that link to pages with "how to work online" are also scams. Don't use them or pay for them. Also always verify you're actually talking to the company in the job post and not an imposter. A good idea is to check the domain name for the site/email and see if it's the actual company's main domain name. Scams in remote work are rampant, be careful! Read more to avoid scams. When clicking on the button to apply above, you will leave Remote OK and go to the job application page for that company outside this site. Remote OK accepts no liability or responsibility as a consequence of any reliance upon information on there (external sites) or here.
