In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining our web applications. You will be working primarily with Go, Kafka, PostgreSQL, Remix and TypeScript, and will be expected to contribute to all levels of the technology stack.\n\n\n\nResponsibilities:\n* Develop and maintain web applications using Go, Kafka, Remix & TypeScript. Implement scalable and efficient APIs and back-end services.\n* Create and maintain robust, reusable components and libraries.\n* Collaborate to define, design, and ship new features.\n* Understand requirements and translate them into technical specifications.\n* Participate in all phases of agile software development.\n* Mentor and guide junior engineers. Continuously improve our engineering practices, tools, and processes.\n* Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback.\n* Troubleshoot and debug issues to optimize the performance of our web applications.\n* Engage in cross-functional collaboration, including remote work environments, utilizing tools like Slack, GitHub, and video conferencing.\n\n\n\nQualifications: \n* Strong understanding of front-end and back-end development principles.\n* Experience with relational and non-relational databases.\n* A commitment to best practices, including Git, testing, and continuous integration.\n* Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.\n* Strong proficiency in Go, Remix, and TypeScript.\n* Experience with message broker systems like Kafka.\n* Solid understanding of AWS and its various services.\n* Experience in a fast-paced startup environment.\n\n\n\n\n\n$100,000 - $150,000 a yearSalary ranges can vary significantly based on a multitude of factors, reflecting the diverse and complex nature of today's job market.
