Hello,
I'm Zisis, I have software engineering and engineering management experience delivering production-ready software for more than 15 years.
I have been involved in every aspect of the development cycle both as a developer and as a manager. My main language is Java but I am strong all-around, both in front-end, back-end databases, microservices, development and deployment cycles, maintenance and improvement of existing code-bases and agile methodologies.
I have also great experience creating/increasing/improving engineering teams either from scratch or improving the existing team. I have helped train and create a hiring process for engineers (with tests and procedures) and trained hr on the questions and process.
Mentoring wise I have a wide range of topics that I am teaching the team from clean code, version control, ttd, ci/cd, agile/scrum, intellij, docker, kubernetes, spring/spring boot, java core and specific packages, packaging software (maven), databases and anything else the team might be needing at the current moment.
