Hi there! My name is Zach, and I'm excited to share a bit about my professional journey with you. I've had the pleasure of working in a variety of industries, ranging from astronomy to fast food, and have gained a diverse skillset as a result.

Currently, I work as an Observatory Host at Guilford Technical Community College, where I greet and assist visitors and operate a 500-thousand-dollar telescope. I'm responsible for ensuring that the equipment is in good working order and ready for use by visitors, as well as assisting with the setup and breakdown of events. It's a role that allows me to share my passion for astronomy with others, and I love seeing visitors' faces light up as they gaze at the night sky.

Prior to this, I spent four years at Chick-fil-A, where I worked my way up to Manager. In this role, I developed and implemented employee scheduling strategies, conducted regular audits of restaurant equipment and supplies, and collaborated with senior management to develop marketing and promotional campaigns. I also analyzed sales and customer data to identify trends and opportunities for growth, and developed and managed budgets for various restaurant operations. I'm proud to say that my efforts resulted in improved operational efficiency, increased brand awareness, and higher profitability.

In addition to my work experience, I also spent three years as a Project Manager at Life Studios online community, where I oversaw community development and management. I developed and executed marketing strategies to drive user engagement and revenue growth, and worked closely with the community to identify areas for improvement. I also collaborated with a team of moderators, administrators, and developers to achieve community goals and objectives, and monitored community metrics to provide regular reports to the Project Lead. Thanks to my efforts, the community peaked at 600,000 users by 2019.

When I'm not working, you can often find me indulging in my hobbies, which include competitive rock climbing, playing tennis for High Point University, and avidly golfing.

I recently graduated from High Point University with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and a minor in Marketing. Prior to that, I received my Associate of Arts in Fine Arts from Guilford Technical Community College.
