My educational background in Indonesian Language and Literature Education. I have consistently demonstrated leadership abilities in the areas of teamwork and leadership. My expertise in following cultural exchanges, languages and my experience with language translation through the field of BIPA has equipped me to make a significant impact on the UNDP team. My dedication to work in the Gender Team in developing and implementing AI-powered tools to assess public institutions' performance on gender equality is evident through my extensive portfolio of work. I would like to gain internship experience to manage team working, public speaking English, close ties with UNDP company, work well together, and practice inter-team communication form by strengthening knowledge on assessment form of work, knowing areas where LOLA AI needs to be improved, comparative analysis of LOLA AI with human assessment, focus on change with ease of use. I specialise in analysing digital communication based on social media. This leads me to favour the field of gender equality, which still suffers from problems and deviations. This field leads me to face solutions regarding gender issues according to my ability to provide solutions through this field. I tend to be interested in solving gender equality problems that are still deviant in some countries, which is certainly in line with my expertise in language and cultural knowledge through collaboration, teamwork, and cultural immersion. My ability to use AI with fun experiences through the field of AI training, cyber security in Malaysian student exchange and seminars on women's rights equality in Indonesia. Through these experiences, I tend to be adaptable and interested in the field of sustainability, women's rights, sustainable development and the field of cultural training and AI.
