In a span of three months, I transitioned to the role of Lab Incharge, and within 5-6 months, I was appointed as the Center Superintendent. My tenure at RSM Finserv Ltd included executing projects for prestigious entities such as Sify Technologies, Ginger, Aptech, Meritrac, and Test Pan India. My responsibilities ranged from being an Exam Controller to a Site Officer, exemplifying my adeptness in orchestrating projects seamlessly from conception to realization.

With a dedicated commitment of 4-5 years, I joined Wright Heights LLP as an Operations Manager, assuming a multifaceted role. My responsibilities transcended the traditional scope, encompassing oversight of operations, financial management, engineering activities, intern supervision, site coordination, cost analysis, and client engagement. I excelled in formulating tailored solutions for clients' distinctive requirements, leveraging my presentation acumen to convey project proposals effectively.

During my tenure at Wright Heights LLP, a company centered on construction, I undertook full-scale project management, orchestrating two successful projects - one commercial and another residential. These undertakings entailed meticulous planning, proficient presentation, and steadfast adherence to stipulated deadlines.

Despite the accomplishments at Wright Heights LLP, I made the challenging choice to relinquish my role due to my recent relocation from Faridabad to Gurgaon. The arduous daily commute of 3 hours each way presented formidable obstacles, ultimately accounting for 6 hours of travel daily.
