Senior Recruiter/Headhunter/Talent Acquisition Partner (Remote)

I am an expert in reducing the time and effort required to recruit extraordinary talent into businesses across a diverse range of sectors, including scaling companies and start-ups. My early career recruitment specialisms were Legal, Compliance and Finance, and for the last 14 years I have been more generalist, hiring across the majority of leadership and corporate roles inc c-suite.

I have honed valuable experience partnering with Hiring Managers, HR/TA Leaders, Stakeholders and Business Owners globally, spending 14 years living and working in the Middle East hiring across the MENA region. Since returning to the UK, I have been working as a remote recruitment partner to a number of key clients in the UK and Internationally, continuing to offer corporate hiring services across a range of sectors.

I consider myself a dynamic self starter, highly motivated and results driven. I believe hiring great talent requires high level inter-personal skills, the ability to develop excellent relationships at all levels and a natural aptitude in identifying and souricing extra-ordinary people.
