Hello everyone! I've spent a lot of my career in software development, covering various roles from doing simple tests to managing the development and release of complete products. I've worked in both startup and corporate settings. I especially enjoy working in startups, even though they can be risky and very unpredictable. This is because they give you the chance to develop many different skills by doing different jobs, and you can see the direct impact of your work on the growth of the company or product.

Some of my key achievements include:
- Successfully led the development and on-time launch of Roon ARC, a cross-platform app made with Flutter.
- Introduced a project management approach at RoonLabs LLC, setting up processes that fit well with our software development life cycle.
- Completely restructured technical support team for a business unit at Harman International, revamping team processes, establishing a system for gathering and reporting business data, and creating tools for support agents.
- Built a QA team from the ground up, establishing key QA principles that have led to successful projects.

Aside from my job, I love creating my own products. I am the founder and owner of a small sports e-commerce brand in Ukraine. And working on a new personal Saas project
