โช Key responsibilities include Talent acquisition and management and driving Sales for
the branches mapped under me through companiesโ portfolio management, business
acquisition and retention and providing weekly performance reports to my direct report line, the Regional Manager.
01/09/2019-31/03/2021:(Sales Manager-Kisumu)
โช Uplifted the performance of the team from 54% to 108% by end of the year 2019 which also improved the general performance of the branch .
โช Secured contract renewals for salespeople. This was realized due to the strategies I deployed to accelerate performance.
โช Through my leadership,the Branch ended November as the second-best branch in the country on Credit Cards and the third-best branch on Loans (Assets) in the country.This led to recognition from the leadership including the current Retail and Business Banking Director.
โช My team won the โTetemeshaโ reloaded campaign awards and was the second-best team in the Country in November.
01/01/2019-31/08/2019:(Sales Manager of Diani, Kilifi and Malindi Branches)
โช Uplifted team's performance from 56% to 113% by end of the year 2019 which also improved the general performance of the branch;
โช Appointed as a Company Council sub-committee member,Coast Cluster representing the Sales team in the Coast region tasked to strategize on how we could improve the performance of the sales team in the Coast cluster.The Cluster emerged as the best cluster in the Country.
โช I was appointed as a Judge (a team of six) in the "Killer Idea" Challenge, representing the Customer Network section. This was an initiative by the business to include colleagues all over the country in sharing their ideas that could help in building a strong and innovative institution. We were able to execute our roles successfully.
