Hello! My name is Virginia Ericksen, though I prefer to go by Melody.

I consider myself a very kind, reliable, empathetic, and hardworking person, who loves to learn new things, especially when they're difficult. While I can be a bit shy at first, once I have a grasp of my duties, I come right out of my shell!!

I have experience in Customer Service, Shift Management, Cash Handling, Food Handling, Prep Work, and some basic knowledge of QuickBooks.

I am very skilled at typing and have used computers my entire life, including
every kind of Google Drive software (Sheets, Docs, Slides, and Forms). I also have a strong ability to understand multiple perspectives and de-escalate a wide range of situations due to taking nearly every psychology course available at Forsyth Technical Community College, combined with my experience in a variety of Customer Service positions.

I am looking for a remote Data Entry or Virtual Assistant role that would allow me to focus on my strengths, while learning a whole new aspect of the career world. I am also open to entry level positions in any other field willing to take me on and teach me the ropes!! Especially positions on the Arts and Gaming side.
