• Over 6 years of hands-on experience as an SAP Test Analyst, specializing in SAP HCM testing within SAP HR (ECC on-premise) (including PA, OM, TM, ESS-MSS, Payroll) and in the cloud-based SAP SuccessFactors suite (including EC & Employee Central Payroll), across various phases including

time and leave management system functionalities (an internally developed system).
• Possesses a comprehensive understanding of key payroll concepts, including payroll cycles, gross-to-
net pay calculations, various deductions, timekeeping practices including overtime leave management,
calculations taxation, superannuation, garnishments, managing claims and overpayments, end-of-year
processing, specialised tasks such as ad-hoc and parallel pay runs, and payroll reports including wage
type reports and STP2 reporting.
• Involved in payroll-related (AU payroll) projects that focused on redesigning payslips, ensuring
compliance with regulatory standards and enhancing the accuracy and clarity of employee payroll
information. Additionally, I participated in wage type remediation, which required extensive analysis
and adjustment of wage types to ensure alignment with both organisational and legal requirements
• Contributed as a team member to 2 full life cycle implementations of SAP HCM modules, including PA,
OM, TLM, ESS/MSS, and Payroll, using ASAP methodology, which includes blueprint designing,
realisation, final preparation, pre-go-live, go-live, and support phases.
• Extensive knowledge of SAP ERP versions SAP R/3 4.7, ECC 5 & 6.0, and S/4 HANA 2022.
