Since early 2004, I have been working as an IT Project and Delivery Manager by profession, while also embracing the roles of Agile Coach, Servant Leader, and Agile Consultant by choice. I possess expertise in Digital Business Transformations, particularly within the Telecom BSS/OSS sectors.

In my current role at Microsoft, I oversee the delivery of Microsoft Customer and Partner Solutions (MCAPS) for large and medium enterprises, focusing on the Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) and Power BI product portfolios. I lead a skilled team of project managers, architects, and consultants, coordinating efforts across Microsoft to ensure the successful delivery of these complex D365 projects.
