As an aspiring UX/UI Designer I have gone through all sorts of roles of support to hear about and directly experience products so that I may help other companies make the best of what they offer. I have worked my way from the bottom of customer support, all the way to Quality Review Specialist. A few companies I've worked for as a contracted employee are Google, and Robinhood LLC and as a direct employee of Thirdlove. I've learned how to assist customers with technology, finances, account management, software/app issues, and show up as an advocate for customers and clients. In addition to my customer service experience, I've also taken on the role of stand-in supervisor assistant on previous teams when needed, I've trained other peers and agents in new tasks or newly created processes to make their jobs easier and more efficient.
