DEXTEROUSLY My name is Uros Pancic, I was born in Belgrade, Serbia. I am 29 years old. I graduated at Military Academy 2016, in infantry. I was placed to be a instructor and platoon leader in Infantry Training Centar, as sniper and grenade launcher specialty. After working with groups with over 40 peoples, over 2 years, I trained over 300 sniper soldiers in Serbia where I learned my fist useful management skills. I learned to see in every solider best opportunity for him, to achieve best from himself. I enrol Natural and other Disasters Risk Management Studies for Master Degree. I got diabetis, and then divorce, leaving three years old wonderful daughter with mum. After getting retired, I went to live country style, so I moved from city 100 kilometers, to live life and care about my medical condition. I have a wonderful fiancee, 2 dogs, chikens, even I stared growing own little farm with vegetables. I would say for my self that I am very versatile, from being interested in programing in electrical engineering high school, then military where I became firearms instructor, then interested in natural disasters, even went to Civil Aviation to get certificate for Remote Pilot. I am quick learner, very organized, focused and multi tasking oriented.
