My main experiences are in the IT field, acting as a Customer Support Specialist for HCL in Google Ad Manager, at Zapiet for the Store Pickup & Delivery app, and offering Customer Service for Kiwify and CrazyEgg. Currently, I am enrolled in a Data Science bachelor's degree at Universidade Virtual do Estado de Sรฃo Paulo in my country, Brazil.
This working experience gave me the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, to be empathetic in order to create rapport, be able to translate complex topics effectively to not tech-savvy people and to be flexible in a working environment.
