I am a resilient results-driven and accomplished business leader with over 25 years of experience, boasting a proven track record in leading facilities solutions and property services to achieve exceptional results. My expertise isn't limited to my own ventures; starting as a paperboy at age 10 and securing 220 lawn mowing customers by age 13, I was offered my first job by the owner of Fairborn Lawn Care Inc and became a crew leader at age 15 on properties such as Greene Memorial Hospital, Mercy Hospital and many other properties. I have since worked with and for various industry-leading companies, acquiring a broad spectrum of invaluable skills.

In roles such as Regional, National Manager, and Logistics Coordinator, I successfully opened 14 retail stores nationwide in under a year. This involved property acquisition, remodeling, inventory management, staff recruitment, training, and orchestrating grand openings—all within 14 days of receiving the keys. My experience spans vendor negotiations, working with store goods suppliers and service providers. At Tharaldson Hotels, I served as Property Manager/Assisting GM, overseeing maintenance, staffing, vendor management, and national contracts, all while upholding pristine properties and exceptional customer service. My tenure at Pearl Lake Resorts as Operations, Facilites and Grounds Manager included diverse responsibilities from Security, lifeguard, underwater dive work to laying and setting railroads, heavy equipment operations, land excavation, carpentry, lift stations maintenance, pipe layer and electrical for complete land development for new park homes. With the Brickman Group/BrightView, I managed and maintained high-end communities, hospitals, shopping centers, banks, National and privately held cemetery's and large industrial properties, increasing profit margins from the mid-30s to over 80%, beginning as a Field Manager and Contractor for BFS.
